1“So it shall be whenכִֽי־khi-H3588allכָּל־kol-H3605of theseהָאֵ֗לֶּהha.'E.lehH428thingsהַדְּבָרִ֣יםha.de.va.RimH1697have comeיָבֹ֨אוּya.Vo.'uH935upon you,the blessingהַבְּרָכָה֙ha.be.ra.KhahH1293and the curseוְהַקְּלָלָ֔הve.ha.ke.la.LahH7045whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834I have setנָתַ֖תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414beforeלְפָנֶ֑יךָle.fa.Nei.khaH6440you, and youcallוַהֲשֵׁבֹתָ֙va.ha.she.vo.TaH7725themto mindלְבָבֶ֔ךָle.va.Ve.khaH3824in allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605nationsהַגּוֹיִ֔םha.go.YimH1471whereאֲשֶׁ֧ר שָֽׁמָּה׃'a.Sher Sha.mahH834 H8033the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430has banishedהִדִּיחֲךָ֛hi.di.cha.KhaH5080you,

2and youreturnוְשַׁבְתָּ֞ve.shav.TaH7725to the Lordיְהוָ֤הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙'e.lo.Hei.khaH430andobeyוְשָׁמַעְתָּ֣ בְקֹל֔וֹve.sha.ma'.Ta ve.ko.LoH8085 H6963Himwith allH3605your heartלְבָבְךָ֖le.va.ve.KhaH3824and soulנַפְשֶֽׁךָ׃naf.She.khaH5315according to allH3605that I commandמְצַוְּךָ֖me.tza.ve.KhaH6680you todayהַיּ֑וֹםhai.YomH3117,you and your sonsוּבָנֶ֔יךָu.va.Nei.khaH1121,

3then the Lordיְהוָ֧הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430willrestoreוְשָׁ֨בve.ShavH7725you from captivityשְׁבוּתְךָ֖she.vu.te.KhaH7622,and haveH7355compassionוְרִחֲמֶ֑ךָve.ri.cha.Me.khaH7355on you, andwill gatherוְקִבֶּצְךָ֙ve.ki.betz.ChaH6908you againוְשָׁ֗בve.ShavH7725from allמִכָּל־mi.kolH3605the peoplesהָ֣עַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971whereאֲשֶׁ֧ר שָֽׁמָּה׃'a.Sher Sha.mahH834 H8033the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430hasscatteredהֱפִֽיצְךָ֛he.fi.tze.KhaH6327you.

4Ifאִם־'im-H518your outcastsנִֽדַּחֲךָ֖ni.da.cha.KhaH5080are at the endsבִּקְצֵ֣הbik.TzehH7097of theearthהַשָּׁמָ֑יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064,from thereמִשָּׁ֗םmi.ShamH8033the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430will gatherיְקַבֶּצְךָ֙ye.ka.betz.ChaH6908you, and from thereוּמִשָּׁ֖םu.mi.ShamH8033He willbringיִקָּחֶֽךָ׃yi.ka.Che.chaH3947you back.

5The Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430will bringוֶהֱבִֽיאֲךָ֞ve.he.vi.'a.KhaH935you into the landהָאָ֛רֶץha.'A.retzH776whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834your fathersאֲבֹתֶ֖יךָ'a.vo.Tei.khaH1possessedיָרְשׁ֥וּya.re.ShuH3423,and you shall possessוִֽירִשְׁתָּ֑הּvi.rish.TahH3423it; and He will prosperוְהֵיטִֽבְךָ֥ve.hei.tiv.KhaH3190you andmultiplyוְהִרְבְּךָ֖ve.hir.be.KhaH7235you moreH4480thanH4480your fathersמֵאֲבֹתֶֽיךָ׃me.'a.vo.Tei.khaH1.

6“Moreoverthe Lordיְהוָ֧הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430will circumciseוּמָ֨לu.MalH4135your heartלְבָבְךָ֖le.va.ve.KhaH3824and the heartלְבַ֣בle.VavH3824of yourdescendantsזַרְעֶ֑ךָzar.'E.khaH2233,to loveלְאַהֲבָ֞הle.'a.ha.VahH157the Lordיְהוָ֧הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430with allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605your heartלְבָבְךָ֥le.va.ve.KhaH3824and with allוּבְכָל־u.ve.Khol-H3605your soulנַפְשְׁךָ֖naf.she.KhaH5315,soלְמַ֥עַןle.Ma.'anH4616that you may liveH2425.

7The Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430willinflictוְנָתַן֙ve.na.TanH5414allכָּל־kol-H3605theseהָאֵ֑לֶּהha.'E.lehH428cursesהָאָל֖וֹתha.'a.LotH423on your enemiesH340and on those who hateשֹׂנְאֶ֖יךָso.ne.'Ei.khaH8130you, whoאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834persecutedרְדָפֽוּךָ׃re.da.Fu.khaH7291you.

8And you shall againתָשׁ֔וּבta.ShuvH7725obeyוְשָׁמַעְתָּ֖ בְּק֣וֹלve.sha.ma'.Ta be.KolH8085 H6963the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,and observeוְעָשִׂ֙יתָ֙ve.'a.Si.taH6213allכָּל־kol-H3605His commandmentsמִצְוֹתָ֔יוmitz.vo.TavH4687whichאֲשֶׁ֛ר'a.SherH834I commandמְצַוְּךָ֖me.tza.ve.KhaH6680you todayהַיּֽוֹם׃hai.YomH3117.

9Then the Lordיְהוָ֨הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֜יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430willprosperH3498you abundantlyH3498in allבְּכֹ֣ל׀be.KholH3605the workמַעֲשֵׂ֣הma.'a.SehH4639of your handיָדֶ֗ךָya.De.khaH3027, in theoffspringבִּפְרִ֨יbif.RiH6529of yourbodyבִטְנְךָ֜vit.ne.KhaH990and in theoffspringוּבִפְרִ֧יu.vif.RiH6529of your cattleבְהֶמְתְּךָ֛ve.hem.te.KhaH929and in theproduceוּבִפְרִ֥יu.vif.RiH6529of your groundאַדְמָתְךָ֖'ad.ma.te.KhaH127, forthe Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068will againיָשׁ֣וּבya.ShuvH7725rejoiceלָשׂ֤וּשׂla.SusH7797overעָלֶ֙יךָ֙'a.Lei.khaH5921you for goodH2896,justH3512as He rejoicedשָׂ֖שׂsasH7797overעַל־'al-H5921your fathersאֲבֹתֶֽיךָ׃'a.vo.Tei.khaH1;

10ifכִּ֣יkiH3588youobeyתִשְׁמַ֗ע בְּקוֹל֙tish.Ma' be.kOlH8085 H6963the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430to keepלִשְׁמֹ֤רlish.MorH8104His commandmentsמִצְוֹתָיו֙mitz.vo.TavH4687and His statutesוְחֻקֹּתָ֔יוve.chu.ko.TavH2708whichare writtenהַכְּתוּבָ֕הha.ke.tu.VahH3789in thisהַזֶּ֑הha.ZehH2088bookבְּסֵ֥פֶרbe.Se.ferH5612of the lawהַתּוֹרָ֖הha.to.RahH8451,ifכִּ֤יkiH3588you turnתָשׁוּב֙ta.ShuvH7725to the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430with allH3605your heartלְבָבְךָ֖le.va.ve.KhaH3824and soulנַפְשֶֽׁךָ׃ פnaf.She.khaH5315.

11“For thisH2088commandmentהַמִּצְוָ֣הha.mitz.VahH4687whichאֲשֶׁ֛ר'a.SherH834I commandמְצַוְּךָ֖me.tza.ve.KhaH6680you todayהַיּ֑וֹםhai.YomH3117is not tooמִמְּךָ֔mi.me.KhaH4480difficultנִפְלֵ֥אתnif.LetH6381for you, norH3808is itout of reachרְחֹקָ֖הre.cho.KahH7350.

12It is not in heavenבַשָּׁמַ֖יִםva.sha.Ma.yimH8064,that you should sayלֵאמֹ֗רle.MorH559, ‘Whoמִ֣יmiH4310will goיַעֲלֶה־ya.'a.leh-H5927up to heavenהַשָּׁמַ֙יְמָה֙ha.sha.May.mahH8064for us to getוְיִקָּחֶ֣הָve.yi.ka.Che.haH3947it for us and make us hearוְיַשְׁמִעֵ֥נוּve.yash.mi.'E.nuH8085it, that we may observeוְנַעֲשֶֽׂנָּה׃ve.na.'a.Se.nahH6213it?’

13Norוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808is it beyondH4480 H5676the seaלַיָּ֖םlai.YamH3220,that you should sayלֵאמֹ֗רle.MorH559, ‘Whoמִ֣יmiH4310will crossיַעֲבָר־ya.'a.vor-H5674the seaהַיָּם֙hai.YamH3220for us to getוְיִקָּחֶ֣הָve.yi.ka.Che.haH3947it for us and make us hearוְיַשְׁמִעֵ֥נוּve.yash.mi.'E.nuH8085it, that we may observeוְנַעֲשֶֽׂנָּה׃ve.na.'a.Se.nahH6213it?’

14But the wordהַדָּבָ֖רha.da.VarH1697is veryמְאֹ֑דme.'OdH3966nearקָר֥וֹבka.RovH7138you, in your mouthבְּפִ֥יךָbe.Fi.khaH6310and in your heartוּבִֽלְבָבְךָ֖u.vil.va.ve.KhaH3824,that you may observeלַעֲשֹׂתֽוֹ׃ סla.'a.so.ToH6213it.

15“Seeרְאֵ֨הre.'EhH7200,I have setנָתַ֤תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414beforeלְפָנֶ֙יךָ֙le.fa.Nei.khaH6440you todayהַיּ֔וֹםhai.YomH3117lifeH2425andprosperityהַטּ֑וֹבha.TovH2896,and deathהַמָּ֖וֶתha.Ma.vetH4194andadversityהָרָֽע׃ha.Ra'H7451;

16in that I commandמְצַוְּךָ֮me.tza.ve.KhaH6680you todayהַיּוֹם֒hai.yOmH3117to loveלְאַהֲבָ֞הle.'a.ha.VahH157the LordH3068your GodH430,to walkלָלֶ֣כֶתla.Le.khetH1980in His waysבִּדְרָכָ֔יוbid.ra.KhavH1870and to keepוְלִשְׁמֹ֛רve.lish.MorH8104His commandmentsH4687and His statutesוְחֻקֹּתָ֖יוve.chu.ko.TavH2708and His judgmentsוּמִשְׁפָּטָ֑יוu.mish.pa.TavH4941, that youmay liveוְחָיִ֣יתָve.cha.Yi.taH2421and multiplyוְרָבִ֔יתָve.ra.Vi.taH7235,and that the LordH3068your GodH430may blessוּבֵֽרַכְךָ֙u.ve.rakh.KhaH1288you in the landבָּאָ֕רֶץba.'A.retzH776whereשָׁ֖מָּהSha.mahH834 H8033you are enteringבָא־va'-H935to possessלְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ׃le.rish.TahH3423it.

17But ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518your heartלְבָבְךָ֖le.va.ve.KhaH3824turnsיִפְנֶ֥הyif.NehH6437awayH6437and you will not obeyתִשְׁמָ֑עtish.Ma'H8085,but are drawnH5080awayH5080and worshipוְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲוִ֛יתָve.hish.ta.cha.Vi.taH7812otherאֲחֵרִ֖ים'a.che.RimH312godsלֵאלֹהִ֥יםle.lo.HimH430and serveוַעֲבַדְתָּֽם׃va.'a.vad.TamH5647them,
