3NoH3808Ammoniteעַמּוֹנִ֛יa.mo.NiH5984or Moabiteוּמוֹאָבִ֖יu.mo.'a.ViH4125shall enterH935the assemblyH6951of the LordH3068;noneH3808of their descendants,evenH1571to the tenthH6224generationH1755,shall everעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769enterH935the assemblyH6951of the LordH3068,

5Nevertheless, the Lordיְהוָ֤הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙'e.lo.Hei.khaH430was not willingאָבָ֞ה'a.VahH14to listenלִשְׁמֹ֣עַlish.Mo.a'H8085to BalaamH1109,but the Lordיְהוָ֨הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֧יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430turnedוַיַּהֲפֹךְ֩vai.ya.ha.foKhH2015the curseהַקְּלָלָ֖הha.ke.la.LahH7045into a blessingלִבְרָכָ֑הliv.ra.KhahH1293for you becauseכִּ֥יkiH3588the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶֽיךָ׃'e.lo.Hei.khaH430lovesאֲהֵֽבְךָ֖'a.he.ve.KhaH157you.

6You shall neverלְעוֹלָֽם׃ סle.'o.LamH3808 H5769seekתִדְרֹ֥שׁtid.RoshH1875their peaceשְׁלֹמָ֖םshe.lo.MamH7965or their prosperityH2899allכָּל־kol-H3605your daysיָמֶ֖יךָya.Mei.khaH3117.

7“You shall not detestתְתַעֵ֣בte.ta.'EvH8581an Edomiteאֲדֹמִ֔י'a.do.MiH130, forhe is your brotherאָחִ֖יךָ'a.Chi.khaH251;you shall not detestתְתַעֵ֣בte.ta.'EvH8581an Egyptianמִצְרִ֔יmitz.RiH4713,becauseH3588you were an alienגֵ֖רgerH1616in his landבְאַרְצֽוֹ׃ve.'ar.TzoH776.

8The sonsבָּנִ֛יםba.NimH1121of the thirdשְׁלִישִׁ֑יshe.li.ShiH7992generationדּ֣וֹרDorH1755whoאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834are bornיִוָּלְד֥וּyi.val.DuH3205to them may enterיָבֹ֥אya.Vo'H935the assemblyבִּקְהַ֥לbik.HalH6951of the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

9“Whenכִּֽי־ki-H3588you goתֵצֵ֥אte.Tze'H3318out asan armyמַחֲנֶ֖הma.cha.NehH4264againstעַל־'al-H5921your enemiesH340,you shall keepוְנִ֨שְׁמַרְתָּ֔ve.Nish.mar.taH8104yourself from everyמִכֹּ֖לmi.KolH3605evilרָֽע׃Ra'H7451thingדָּבָ֥רda.VarH1697.

10“IfH3588there is among you anyH376manאִ֔ישׁ'IshH376whoאֲשֶׁ֛ר'a.SherH834is uncleanטָה֖וֹרta.HorH3808 H2889becauseH4480of a nocturnalלָ֑יְלָהLa.ye.lahH3915emissionמִקְּרֵה־mi.ke.reh-H7137,then he must goH3318outsideמִח֣וּץmi.ChutzH413 H4480 H2351the campH4264; he may notreenterיָבֹ֖א תּ֥וֹךְya.Vo' TokhH935 H8432the campH4264.

11But it shall be when eveningעֶ֖רֶב'E.revH6153approachesלִפְנֽוֹת־lif.not-H6437,he shall batheיִרְחַ֣ץyir.ChatzH7364himself with waterבַּמָּ֑יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,and at sundownהַשֶּׁ֔מֶשׁha.She.meshH8121 H935he mayreenterH935 H8432the campH4264.

12“You shall also haveH1961a placeוְיָד֙ve.YadH3027outsideH4480 H2351the campH4264and goוְיָצָ֥אתָve.ya.Tza.taH3318out thereשָׁ֖מָּהSha.mahH8033,

13and you shall haveH1961aspadeוְיָתֵ֛דve.ya.TedH3489amongעַל־'al-H5921your toolsאֲזֵנֶ֑ךָ'a.ze.Ne.khaH240,and it shall be when you sitH3427downH3427outsideH2351,you shall digוְחָפַרְתָּ֣הve.cha.far.TahH2658with it and shall turnוְשַׁבְתָּ֖ve.shav.TaH7725to coverוְכִסִּ֥יתָve.khi.Si.taH3680up your excrementצֵאָתֶֽךָ׃tze.'a.Te.khaH6627.

14Sinceכִּי֩kiH3588the Lordיְהוָ֨הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֜יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430walksמִתְהַלֵּ֣ךְ׀mit.ha.LekhH1980in the midstבְּקֶ֣רֶבbe.Ke.revH7130of your campמַחֲנֶ֗ךָma.cha.Ne.khaH4264to deliverלְהַצִּֽילְךָ֙le.ha.tzi.le.KhaH5337you and todefeatוְלָתֵ֤תve.la.TetH5414your enemiesH340beforeלְפָנֶ֔יךָle.fa.Nei.khaH6440you, therefore your campמַחֲנֶ֖יךָma.cha.Nei.khaH4264must beholyקָד֑וֹשׁka.Do.oshH6918;and He must not seeיִרְאֶ֤הyir.'EhH7200anythingדָּבָ֔רda.VarH1697indecentעֶרְוַ֣ת'er.VatH6172among youor He will turnוְשַׁבְתָּ֖ve.shav.TaH7725awayוְשָׁ֖בve.ShavH7725from you.

16He shall liveיֵשֵׁ֣בye.ShevH3427with you in your midstבְּקִרְבְּךָ֗be.kir.be.ChaH7130,in the placeבַּמָּק֧וֹםba.ma.KomH4725whichH834he shall chooseיִבְחַ֛רyiv.CharH977in oneבְּאַחַ֥דbe.'a.ChadH259of yourtownsשְׁעָרֶ֖יךָshe.'a.Rei.khaH8179where it pleasesבַּטּ֣וֹבba.TovH2896him;you shall not mistreatתּוֹנֶֽנּוּ׃ סto.Ne.nuH3238him.

17“NoneH3808of the daughtersמִבְּנ֣וֹתmi.be.NotH1323of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478shall be a cultקָדֵ֖שׁka.DeshH6945prostituteH6945,norH3808shall anyH4480of the sonsמִבְּנֵ֥יmi.be.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל׃yis.ra.'elH3478be a cultH6945prostituteH6945.

18You shall not bringתָבִיא֩ta.Vi'H935the hireאֶתְנַ֨ן'et.NanH868of a harlotזוֹנָ֜הzo.NahH2181or the wagesוּמְחִ֣ירu.me.ChirH4242of adogכֶּ֗לֶבKe.levH3611into the houseבֵּ֛יתbeitH1004of the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430for anyלְכָל־le.kholH3605votiveH5088offeringH5088,for bothגַּם־ שְׁנֵיהֶֽם׃gam- she.nei.HemH1571 H8147of these are an abominationתוֹעֲבַ֛תto.'a.VatH8441to the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430.

19“You shall not chargeתַשִּׁ֣יךְta.ShikhH5391interestיִשָּֽׁךְ׃yi.ShakhH5391to yourcountrymenלְאָחִ֔יךָle.'a.Chi.khaH251:interestH5392on moneyכֶּ֖סֶףKe.sefH3701,foodאֹ֑כֶל'O.khelH400, oranythingH3605that may be loanedH5391at interestH5391.

20You may chargeתַשִּׁ֣יךְta.ShikhH5391interestתַשִּׁ֔יךְta.ShikhH5391to a foreignerלַנָּכְרִ֣יla.na.khe.RiH5237, but to yourcountrymenH251you shall not chargeתַשִּׁ֑יךְta.ShikhH5391interestיִשָּֽׁךְ׃yi.ShakhH5391,soלְמַ֨עַןle.Ma.'anH4616thatthe Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֗יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430may blessיְבָרֶכְךָ֜ye.va.rekh.KhaH1288you in allH3605that you undertakeמִשְׁלַ֣ח יָדֶ֔ךָmish.Lach ya.De.khaH3027 H4916in the landהָאָ֕רֶץha.'A.retzH776whichH834you are about to enterבָא־va'-H935topossessלְרִשְׁתָּֽהּ׃ סle.rish.TahH3423.

21“WhenH3588you makeתִדֹּ֥רti.DorH5087a vowנֶ֙דֶר֙ne.derH5088to the LordH3068your GodH430,you shall not delayתְאַחֵ֖רte.'a.CherH309to payלְשַׁלְּמ֑וֹle.sha.le.MoH7999it, for it would be sinחֵֽטְא׃Chet'H2399in you,and the LordH3068your GodH430will surelyדָּרֹ֨שׁda.RoshH1875requireיִדְרְשֶׁ֜נּוּyid.re.She.nuH1875it of you.

22However, ifH3588you refrainתֶחְדַּ֖לtech.DalH2308from vowingH5087,it would not be sinH2399in you.

23You shall be carefulתִּשְׁמֹ֣רtish.MorH8104to performוְעָשִׂ֑יתָve.'a.Si.taH6213whatH4161goesH4161out from your lipsשְׂפָתֶ֖יךָse.fa.Tei.khaH8193,justH3152as you have voluntarilyנְדָבָ֔הne.da.VahH5071vowedH5087to the Lordלַיהוָ֤הla.Yah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙'e.lo.Hei.khaH430,whatH834you havepromisedדִּבַּ֖רְתָּdi.Bar.taH1696.

24“Whenכִּ֤יkiH3588you enterתָבֹא֙ta.Vo'H935your neighbor’sרֵעֶ֔ךָre.'E.khaH7453vineyardבְּכֶ֣רֶםbe.Khe.remH3754,then you may eatוְאָכַלְתָּ֧ve.'a.khal.TaH398grapesעֲנָבִ֛ים'a.na.VimH6025until you are fullyH7648satisfiedH7648,but you shall not putתִתֵּֽן׃ סti.TenH5414any in yourbasketכֶּלְיְךָ֖kel.ye.KhaH3627.

25“WhenH3588you enterH935your neighbor’sH7453standingH7054grainבְּקָמַ֣תbe.ka.MatH7054,then you may pluckוְקָטַפְתָּ֥ve.ka.taf.TaH6998the headsמְלִילֹ֖תme.li.LotH4425with your handבְּיָדֶ֑ךָbe.ya.De.khaH3027,but you shall not wieldתָנִ֔יףta.NifH5130a sickleוְחֶרְמֵשׁ֙ve.cher.MeshH2770in your neighbor’sH7453standingH7054grainקָמַ֥תka.MatH7054.
