15The LORDmadeעֹשֵׂ֥ה'o.SehH6213the earthאֶ֙רֶץ֙'e.retzH776by His powerבְּכֹח֔וֹbe.kho.ChoH3581;He establishedמֵכִ֥יןme.KhinH3559the worldתֵּבֵ֖לte.VelH8398by His wisdomבְּחָכְמָת֑וֹbe.cha.khe.ma.ToH2451and stretched outנָטָ֥הna.TahH5186the heavensשָׁמָֽיִם׃sha.Ma.yimH8064by His understandingוּבִתְבוּנָת֖וֹu.vit.vu.na.ToH8394.

17Everyכָּל־kol-H3605manאָדָם֙'a.DamH120is senselessנִבְעַ֤רniv.'ArH1197and devoid of knowledgeמִדַּ֔עַתmi.Da.'atH1847;everyכָּל־kol-H3605goldsmithצֹרֵ֖ףtzo.RefH6884is put to shameהֹבִ֥ישׁho.VishH954by his idolsמִפָּ֑סֶלmi.Pa.selH6459.Forכִּ֛יkiH3588his molten imagesנִסְכּ֖וֹnis.KoH5262are a fraudשֶׁ֥קֶרShe.kerH8267,and there is noוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808breathר֥וּחַRu.achH7307in them.
