2“Goלֵךְ֙leKhH1980at onceק֥וּםkumH6965to Paddan-aramפַּדֶּ֣נָֽה אֲרָ֔םpa.De.nah 'a.RamH6307 H758,to the houseבֵּ֥יתָהBei.tahH1004of your mother’sאִמֶּ֑ךָ'i.Me.khaH517fatherאֲבִ֣י'a.ViH1Bethuelבְתוּאֵ֖לve.tu.'ElH1328,and takeוְקַח־ve.kach-H3947מִשָּׁם֙mi.ShamH8033a wifeאִשָּׁ֔ה'i.ShahH802from among the daughtersמִבְּנ֥וֹתmi.be.NotH1323of Labanלָבָ֖ןla.VanH3837,your mother’sאִמֶּֽךָ׃'i.Me.khaH517brotherאֲחִ֥י'a.ChiH251.

3May Godוְאֵ֤לve.'ElH410Almightyשַׁדַּי֙sha.DaiH7706blessיְבָרֵ֣ךְye.va.RekhH1288youאֹֽתְךָ֔'o.te.KhaH853and make you fruitfulוְיַפְרְךָ֖ve.yaf.re.KhaH6509and multiply youוְיַרְבֶּ֑ךָve.yar.Be.khaH7235,so that you may becomeוְהָיִ֖יתָve.ha.Yi.taH1961a companyלִקְהַ֥לlik.HalH6951of peoplesעַמִּֽים׃'a.MimH5971.

4And may He giveוְיִֽתֶּן־ve.yi.ten-H5414אֶת־'et-H853the blessingבִּרְכַּ֣תbir.KatH1293of Abrahamאַבְרָהָ֔ם'av.ra.HamH85to youand your descendantsוּלְזַרְעֲךָ֣ אִתָּ֑ךְu.le.zar.'a.Kha 'i.TakhH2233 H854,so that you may possessלְרִשְׁתְּךָ֙le.rish.te.KhaH3423אֶת־'et-H853the landאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776where you dwell as a foreignerמְגֻרֶ֔יךָme.gu.Rei.khaH4033,the landאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834Godאֱלֹהִ֖ים'E.lo.HimH430gaveנָתַ֥ןna.TanH5414to Abrahamלְאַבְרָהָֽם׃le.'av.ra.HamH85.”

6Now Esauעֵשָׂ֗ו'e.SavH6215learnedוַיַּ֣רְאvai.Yar'H7200thatכִּֽי־ki-H3588Isaacיִצְחָק֮yitz.ChakH3327אֶֽת־'et-H853had blessedבֵרַ֣ךְve.RakhH1288Jacobיַעֲקֹב֒ya.'a.KoH3290and sentוְשִׁלַּ֤חve.shi.LachH7971himאֹתוֹ֙'o.ToH853to Paddan-aramפַּדֶּ֣נָֽה אֲרָ֔םpa.De.nah 'a.RamH6307 H758to takeלָקַֽחַת־la.ka.chat-H3947a wifeאִשָּׁ֑ה'i.ShahH802thereמִשָּׁ֖םmi.ShamH8033,commandingבְּבָרֲכ֣וֹ אֹת֔וֹ וַיְצַ֤וbe.va.ra.Kho 'o.To vay.TzavH1288 H853 H6680himעָלָיו֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר'a.Lav le.MorH5921 H559, “Do notלֹֽא־lo'-H3808marryתִקַּ֥ח אִשָּׁ֖הti.Kach 'i.ShahH3947 H802a Canaaniteכְּנָֽעַן׃ke.Na.'anH3667womanמִבְּנ֥וֹתmi.be.NotH1323,”

7and that Jacobיַעֲקֹ֔בya.'a.KoH3290had obeyedוַיִּשְׁמַ֣ע אֶל־vai.yish.Ma' 'el-H8085 H413his fatherאָבִ֖יו וְאֶל־'a.Viv ve.'el-H1 H413and motherאִמּ֑וֹ'i.MoH517and goneוַיֵּ֖לֶךְvai.Ye.lekhH1980to Paddan-aramפַּדֶּ֥נָֽה אֲרָֽם׃pa.De.nah 'a.RamH6307 H758.

8Andעֵשָׂ֔ו'e.SavH6215seeingוַיַּ֣רְאvai.Yar'H7200thatכִּ֥יkiH3588his fatherאָבִֽיו׃'a.VivH1Isaacיִצְחָ֥קyitz.ChakH3327disapproved ofרָע֖וֹת בְּעֵינֵ֖יra.'ot be.'ei.NeiH7451 H5869the Canaaniteכְּנָ֑עַןke.Na.'anH3667womenבְּנ֣וֹתbe.NotH1323,
