32Soלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651this is whatכֹּֽה־koh-H3541the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֤ר'a.MarH559aboutאֶל־'el-H413the kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Assyriaאַשּׁ֔וּר'a.ShurH804: ‘He will notלֹ֤אlo'H3808enterיָבֹא֙ אֶל־ya.Vo' 'el-H935 H413thisהַזֹּ֔אתha.ZotH2063cityהָעִ֣יר וְלֹֽא־ha.'Ir ve.lo'-H3808 H5892or shootיוֹרֶ֥הyo.RehH3384an arrowחֵ֑ץChetzH2671into itשָׁ֖ם וְלֹֽא־sham ve.lo'-H3808 H8033.He will not come before itיְקַדְּמֶ֣נָּהye.kad.de.Me.nahH6923with a shieldמָגֵ֔ןma.GenH4043orוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808build upיִשְׁפֹּ֥ךְyish.PokhH8210a siege rampסֹלְלָֽה׃so.le.LahH5550against itעָלֶ֖יהָ'a.Lei.haH5921.

33He will go backיָשׁ֑וּבya.ShuvH7725the wayבַּדֶּ֥רֶךְba.De.rekhH1870אֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834he cameיָבֹ֖אya.Vo'H935,and he will notלֹ֥אlo'H3808enterוְאֶל־ יָבֹ֖אve.'el- ya.Vo'H413 H935thisהַזֹּ֛אתha.ZotH2063cityהָעִ֥ירha.'IrH5892,declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

34I will defendוְגַנּוֹתִ֛י אֶל־ve.ga.no.Ti 'el-H1598 H413thisהַזֹּ֖אתha.ZotH2063cityהָעִ֥ירha.'IrH5892and save itלְהֽוֹשִׁיעָ֑הּle.ho.shi.'AhH3467for My own sakeלְמַֽעֲנִ֔יle.ma.'a.NiH4616and for the sake ofוּלְמַ֖עַןu.le.Ma.'anH4616My servantעַבְדִּֽי׃'av.DiH5650Davidדָּוִ֥דda.VidH1732.’”

35Andוַיְהִי֮vay.HiH1961that veryהַהוּא֒ha.Hu'H1931nightבַּלַּ֣יְלָהba.Lay.lahH3915the angelמַלְאַ֣ךְmal.'AkhH4397of the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068went outוַיֵּצֵ֣א׀vai.ye.Tze'H3318and struck downוַיַּךְ֙vai.yaKhH5221185,000 menמֵאָ֛ה שְׁמוֹנִ֥ים וַחֲמִשָּׁ֖ה אָ֑לֶףme.'Ah she.mo.Nim va.cha.mi.Shah 'A.lefH3967 H8084 H2568 H505in the campבְּמַחֲנֵ֣הbe.ma.cha.NehH4264of the Assyriansאַשּׁ֔וּר'a.ShurH804.When the people got upוַיַּשְׁכִּ֣ימוּvai.yash.Ki.muH7925the next morningבַבֹּ֔קֶרva.Bo.kerH1242,thereוְהִנֵּ֥הve.hi.NehH2009were allכֻלָּ֖םkhu.LamH3605the deadמֵתִֽים׃me.TimH4191bodiesפְּגָרִ֥יםpe.ga.RimH6297!
