Psalms 106:28-33
28They joinedH6775 themselves also unto Baal-peorH1187,And ateH398 the sacrificesH2077 of the deadH4191.29Thus they provokedH3707 him to angerH3707 with their doings; And the plagueH4046 brake in upon them.30Then stoodH5975 up PhinehasH6372, and executed judgment; And so the plagueH4046 was stayed.31And that was reckonedH2803 unto him for righteousnessH6666,Unto all generationsH1755 for evermore.32They angered him also at the watersH4325 of Meribah,So that it went ill with MosesH4872 for their sakes;33Because they were rebelliousH4784 against his spiritH7307,And he spake unadvisedly with his lipsH8193.
