1 Thessalonians 2:13-16
13And for this cause we alsoG2532 thankG2168 GodG2316 without ceasing, that, when ye receivedG3880 from us the wordG3056 of the messageG3056, evenG2532 the wordG3056 of GodG2316, ye acceptedG1209 it not as the wordG3056 of menG444, but, as it isG1510 in truth, the wordG3056 of GodG2316, which alsoG2532 worketh in you that believeG4100. 14For ye, brethren, becameG1096 imitatorsG3402 of the churchesG1577 of GodG2316 which areG1510 in Judæa in ChristG5547 JesusG2424: for ye alsoG2532 sufferedG3958 the sameG846 things of your ownG2398 countrymen, evenG2532 as they did of the JewsG2453; 15who both killedG615 the LordG2962 JesusG2424 and the prophetsG4396, and drove out us, and pleaseG700 not GodG2316, and are contraryG1727 to all menG444; 16forbiddingG2967 us to speakG2980 to the GentilesG1484 that they may be savedG4982; to fillG378 up their sinsG266 alwaysG3842: but the wrathG3709 is comeG5348 upon them to the uttermost.
