17ForIwillrestorehealthunto thee,andIwillhealאֶרְפָּאֵ֖ךְ'er.pa.'EkhH7495theeofthywoundsוּמִמַּכּוֹתַ֥יִךְu.mi.ma.ko.Ta.yikhH4347, saithJehovah;becausetheyhavecalledקָ֣רְאוּKa.re.'uH7121theeanoutcastנִדָּחָה֙ni.da.ChahH5080, saying,ItisZionצִיּ֣וֹןtzi.YonH6726,whomnomanseekethafter.

18Thusכֹּ֣ה׀kohH3541saithJehovah:Behold,Iwillturnשָׁב֙shavH7725againthecaptivityשְׁבוּת֙she.VutH7622ofJacob’stentsאָהֳלֵ֣י'o.ho.LeiH168,andhavecompassionאֲרַחֵ֑ם'a.ra.ChemH7355onhisdwelling-places;andthecityעִיר֙'irH5892shallbebuildeduponitsownhill,andthepalaceshallbeinhabitedH3427afteritsownmanner.

19Andoutofthemshallproceedthanksgivingתּוֹדָ֖הto.DahH8426andthevoiceH6963ofthemthatmakeוְהִכְבַּדְתִּ֖יםve.hikh.bad.TimH3513merry:andIwillmultiplyוְהִרְבִּתִים֙ve.hir.bi.TimH7235them,andtheyshallnotbefewH4591;IwillalsoglorifyH3513them,andtheyshallnotbesmallH4591.

23Behold,thetempestH5591ofJehovah,evenhiswrathH2534,isgoneH3318forthH3318,asweepingtempestH5591:itshallburstupontheheadרֹ֥אשׁroshH7218ofthewickedרְשָׁעִ֖יםre.sha.'ImH7563.
