4Fortrulyאָ֭מְנָם'A.me.nomH551mywordsמִלָּ֑יmi.LaiH4405shall not befalseשֶׁ֣קֶרShe.kerH8267: he that isperfectתְּמִ֖יםte.MimH8549inknowledgeדֵּע֣וֹתde.'otH1844is with thee.

5Behold,Godאֵ֣ל'elH410ismightyכַּ֭בִּירKa.birH3524, anddespisethיִמְאָ֑סyim.'AsH3988not any: he ismightyכַּ֝בִּ֗ירka.BirH3524instrengthכֹּ֣חַֽKo.achH3581andwisdomלֵֽב׃LevH3820.

6He preserveth not thelifeיְחַיֶּ֥הye.chai.YehH2421of thewickedרָשָׁ֑עra.Sha'H7563: butgivethיִתֵּֽן׃yi.TenH5414rightוּמִשְׁפַּ֖טu.mish.PatH4941to thepoorעֲנִיִּ֣ים'a.ni.YimH6041.

7Hewithdrawethיִגְרַ֥עyig.Ra'H1639not hiseyesעֵ֫ינָ֥יו'ei.NavH5869from therighteousמִצַּדִּ֗יקmi.tza.DikH6662: but withkingsמְלָכִ֥יםme.la.KhimH4428are they on thethroneלַכִּסֵּ֑אla.ki.Se'H3678; yea, he dothestablishוַיֹּשִׁיבֵ֥םvai.yo.shi.VemH3427them foreverלָ֝נֶ֗צַחla.Ne.tzachH5331, and they areexaltedוַיִּגְבָּֽהוּ׃vai.yig.Ba.huH1361.

8And if they areboundאֲסוּרִ֥ים'a.su.RimH631infettersבַּזִּקִּ֑יםba.zi.KimH2131, and areheldיִ֝לָּכְד֗וּןyi.la.khe.DunH3920incordsבְּחַבְלֵי־be.chav.lei-H2256ofafflictionעֹֽנִי׃'O.niH6040;

9Then heshowethוַיַּגֵּ֣דvai.ya.GedH5046them theirworkפָּעֳלָ֑םpo.'o.LamH6467, and theirtransgressionsוּ֝פִשְׁעֵיהֶ֗םu.fish.'ei.HemH6588that they haveexceededיִתְגַּבָּֽרוּ׃yit.ga.Ba.ruH1396.

10Heopenethוַיִּ֣גֶלvai.Yi.gelH1540also theirearאָ֭זְנָם'A.ze.nomH241todisciplineלַמּוּסָ֑רla.mu.SarH4148, andcommandethוַ֝יֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559that theyreturnיְשֻׁב֥וּןye.shu.VunH7725frominiquityמֵאָֽוֶן׃me.'A.venH205.

11If theyobeyיִשְׁמְע֗וּyish.me.'UH8085andserveוְֽיַ֫עֲבֹ֥דוּve.Ya.'a.Vo.duH5647him, they shallspendיְכַלּ֣וּye.kha.LuH3615theirdaysיְמֵיהֶ֣םye.mei.HemH3117inprosperityבַּטּ֑וֹבba.TovH2896, and theiryearsוּ֝שְׁנֵיהֶ֗םu.she.nei.HemH8141inpleasuresבַּנְּעִימִֽים׃ba.ne.'i.MimH5273.

13But thehypocritesוְֽחַנְפֵי־ve.chan.fei-H2611inheartלֵ֭בlevH3820heapupיָשִׂ֣ימוּya.Si.muH7760wrathאָ֑ף'AfH639: theycryיְ֝שַׁוְּע֗וּye.sha.ve.'UH7768not when hebindethאֲסָרָֽם׃'a.sa.RamH631them.

14Theyנַפְשָׁ֑םnaf.ShamH5315dieתָּמֹ֣תta.MotH4191inyouthבַּנֹּ֣עַרba.No.'arH5290, and theirlifeוְ֝חַיָּתָ֗םve.chai.ya.TamH2416is among thesodomitesבַּקְּדֵשִֽׁים׃ba.ke.de.ShimH6945.
