31Therefore will Iwailאֲיֵלִ֔יל'a.ye.LilH3213forMoabמוֹאָ֣בmo.'AvH4124, and I will cryoutאֶזְעָ֑ק'ez.'AkH2199for allMoabוּלְמוֹאָ֥בu.le.mo.'AvH4124; my heart shallmournיֶהְגֶּֽה׃yeh.GehH1897for themenאַנְשֵׁ֥י'an.SheiH582ofKirheresH7025.
