17And it came to pass, whenAhabאַחְאָ֖ב'ach.'AvH256sawכִּרְא֥וֹתkir.'otH7200Elijahאֵלִיָּ֑הוּ'e.li.Ya.huH452, thatAhabאַחְאָב֙'ach.'AvH256saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to him, Art thou he thattroublethעֹכֵ֥ר'o.KherH5916Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478?

27And it came to pass atnoonבַֽצָּהֳרַ֜יִםva.tzo.ho.Ra.yimH6672, thatElijahאֵלִיָּ֗הוּ'e.li.Ya.huH452mockedוַיְהַתֵּ֧לvay.ha.TelH2048them, andsaidוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559,Cryקִרְא֤וּkir.'UH7121aloudבְקוֹל־ גָּדוֹל֙ve.kol- ga.dOlH1419 H6963: for he is agodאֱלֹהִ֣ים'E.lo.HimH430; either he istalkingשִׂ֧יחַSi.achH7879, or he ispursuingשִׂ֛יגsigH7873, or he is on ajourneyדֶ֣רֶךְDe.rekhH1870, orperhapsאוּלַ֛י'u.LaiH194hesleepethיָשֵׁ֥ןya.ShenH3463, and must beawakenedוְיִקָֽץ׃ve.yi.KatzH3364.

30AndElijahאֵלִיָּ֤הוּ'e.li.Ya.huH452saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to all thepeopleהָעָם֙ha.'AmH5971, Comenearגְּשׁ֣וּge.ShuH5066to me. And all thepeopleהָעָ֖םha.'AmH5971camenearוַיִּגְּשׁ֥וּvai.yi.ge.ShuH5066to him.
