Thus saith theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068,whichH7307stretcheth forth theheavensשָׁמַ֙יִם֙sha.Ma.yimH8064, and layeth thefoundationוְיֹסֵ֣דve.yo.SedH3245of theearthאָ֔רֶץ'A.retzH776, and formeth thespiritרֽוּחַ־Ru.ach-H7307ofmanאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120withinבְּקִרְבּֽוֹ׃ פbe.kir.BoH7130him:
2beholdהִנֵּ֣הhi.NehH2009, I willmakeשָׂ֣םsamH7760Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֧םye.ru.sha.LimH3389a cup ofreelingרַ֛עַלRa.'alH7478untoallלְכָל־le.kholH3605thepeoplesהָעַמִּ֖יםha.'a.MimH5971roundסָבִ֑יבsa.VivH5439aboutיִֽהְיֶ֥הyih.YehH1961, anduponעַל־'al-H5921Judahיְהוּדָ֛הye.hu.DahH3063also shall it be in thesiegeבַמָּצ֖וֹרva.ma.TzorH4692againstעַל־'al-H5921Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389.
3And it shallcomeH1961topassH1961in thatdayבַיּוֹם־vai.yom-H3117, that I willmakeאָשִׂ֨ים'a.SimH7760Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֜םye.ru.sha.LimH3389aburdensomeH6006stoneאֶ֤בֶן'E.venH68forallלְכָל־le.kholH3605thepeoplesהָ֣עַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971;allכָּל־kol-H3605thatburdenH6006themselvesH622with it shall be sore wounded; andallכֹּ֖לkolH3605thenationsגּוֹיֵ֥יgo.YeiH1471of theearthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776shall begatheredוְנֶאֶסְפ֣וּve.ne.'es.FuH622togetherH622againstעָלֶ֔יהָ'a.Lei.haH5921it.
4In thatdayבַּיּ֨וֹםbai.YomH3117, saith theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068, I willsmiteאַכֶּ֤ה'a.KehH5221everyכָל־khol-H3605horseסוּס֙susH5483with astonishment, and hisriderוְרֹכְב֖וֹve.ro.khe.VoH7392withmadnessבַּשִּׁגָּע֑וֹןba.shi.ga.'onH7697: and I willopenאֶפְקַ֣ח'ef.KachH6491mineeyesעֵינַ֔י'ei.NaiH5869uponוְעַל־ve.'al-H5921thehouseבֵּ֤יתbeitH1004ofJudahיְהוּדָה֙ye.hu.DahH3063, and willsmiteאַכֶּ֖ה'a.KehH5221everyוְכֹל֙ve.KholH3605horseס֣וּסsusH5483of thepeoplesהָֽעַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971withblindnessבַּֽעִוָּרֽוֹן׃Ba.'i.va.RonH5788.
5And the chieftains ofJudahיְהוּדָ֖הye.hu.DahH3063shallsayוְאָֽמְר֛וּve.'a.me.RuH559in theirheartבְּלִבָּ֑םbe.li.BamH3820, Theinhabitantsיֹשְׁבֵ֣יyo.she.VeiH3427ofJerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֔םye.ru.sha.LimH3389are my strength in theLORDבַּיהוָ֥הba.Yah.wehH3068ofhostsצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635theirGodאֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃'e.lo.hei.HemH430.
6In thatdayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117will Imakeאָשִׂים֩'a.SimH7760the chieftains ofJudahיְהוּדָ֜הye.hu.DahH3063like apanכְּֽכִיּ֧וֹרke.khi.YorH3595offireאֵ֣שׁ'eshH784amongwoodבְּעֵצִ֗יםbe.'e.TzimH6086, and like atorchוּכְלַפִּ֥ידu.khe.la.PidH3940offireאֵשׁ֙'eshH784amongsheavesבְּעָמִ֔ירbe.'a.MirH5995; and they shalldevourוְאָ֨כְל֜וּve.'A.khe.LuH398allH3605thepeoplesהָעַמִּ֖יםha.'a.MimH5971roundH5439aboutH5439, on therightיָמִ֧יןya.MinH3225handH3225and on theleftשְׂמֹ֛אולse.MolH8040: andJerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֥םye.ru.sha.LimH3389shall yetagainע֛וֹדodH5750dwellוְיָשְׁבָ֨הve.ya.she.VahH3427inherH3605ownplaceתַּחְתֶּ֖יהָtach.Tei.haH8478,evenH5750inJerusalemבִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ פbi.ru.sha.LimH3389.
7TheLORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068also shallsaveוְהוֹשִׁ֧יעַve.ho.Shi.a'H3467thetentsאָהֳלֵ֥י'o.ho.LeiH168ofJudahיְהוּדָ֖הye.hu.DahH3063firstבָּרִֽאשֹׁנָ֑הba.ri.sho.NahH7223, that thegloryתִּפְאֶ֣רֶתtif.'E.retH8597of thehouseבֵּית־beit-H1004ofDavidדָּוִ֗ידda.VidH1732and thegloryוְתִפְאֶ֛רֶתve.tif.'E.retH8597of theinhabitantsיֹשֵׁ֥בyo.ShevH3427ofJerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֖םye.ru.sha.LimH3389benotלֹֽא־lo'-H3808magnifiedתִגְדַּ֜לtig.DalH1431aboveעַל־'al-H5921Judahיְהוּדָֽה׃ye.hu.DahH3063.
8In thatdayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117shall theLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068defendיָגֵ֤ןya.GenH1598theinhabitantsיוֹשֵׁ֣בyo.ShevH3427ofJerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֔םye.ru.sha.LimH3389; and he that isfeebleהַנִּכְשָׁ֥לha.nikh.ShalH3782among them at thatdayבַּיּ֥וֹםbai.YomH3117shall be asDavidכְּדָוִ֑ידke.da.VidH1732; and thehouseוּבֵ֤יתu.VeitH1004ofDavidדָּוִיד֙da.VidH1732shall be asGodכֵּֽאלֹהִ֔יםke.lo.HimH430, as theangelכְּמַלְאַ֥ךְke.mal.'AkhH4397of theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068beforeלִפְנֵיהֶֽם׃lif.nei.HemH6440them.
10And I willpourוְשָׁפַכְתִּי֩ve.sha.fakh.TiH8210uponH5921thehouseבֵּ֨יתbeitH1004ofDavidדָּוִ֜ידda.VidH1732, anduponH5921theinhabitantsיוֹשֵׁ֣בyo.ShevH3427ofJerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֗םye.ru.sha.LimH3389, thespiritר֤וּחַRu.achH7307ofgraceחֵן֙chenH2580and ofsupplicationוְתַ֣חֲנוּנִ֔יםve.Ta.cha.nu.NimH8469; and they shalllookוְהִבִּ֥יטוּve.hi.Bi.tuH5027untomeאֵלַ֖י'e.LaiH413whomאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834they havepiercedדָּקָ֑רוּda.Ka.ruH1856: and they shallmournוְסָפְד֣וּve.sa.fe.DuH5594for him, as one mourneth for hisonlyהַיָּחִ֔ידhai.ya.ChidH3173sonH3173, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for hisfirstbornהַבְּכֽוֹר׃ha.be.KhorH1060.
