22AndAbimelechאֲבִימֶ֛לֶךְ'a.vi.Me.lekhH40was prince overIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478threeשָׁלֹ֥שׁsha.LoshH7969yearsשָׁנִֽים׃sha.NimH8141.

23AndGodאֱלֹהִים֙'E.lo.HimH430sentוַיִּשְׁלַ֤חvai.yish.LachH7971anevilרָעָ֔הra.'AhH7451spiritר֣וּחַRu.achH7307betweenH996Abimelechאֲבִימֶ֔לֶךְ'a.vi.Me.lekhH40and themenבַּעֲלֵ֣יba.'a.LeiH1167ofShechemשְׁכֶ֑םshe.KhemH7927; and themenבַעֲלֵי־va.'a.lei-H1167ofShechemשְׁכֶ֖םshe.KhemH7927dealtוַיִּבְגְּד֥וּvai.yiv.ge.DuH898treacherouslyH898withAbimelechבַּאֲבִימֶֽלֶךְ׃ba.'a.vi.Me.lekhH40:

35AndGaalגַּ֣עַלGa.'alH1603thesonבֶּן־ben-H1121ofEbedעֶ֔בֶד'E.vedH5651wentH3318outH3318, andstoodוַיַּעֲמֹ֕דvai.ya.'a.ModH5975in theenteringמִן־min-H4480of thegateשַׁ֣עַרSha.'arH8179of thecityהָעִ֑ירha.'IrH5892: andAbimelechאֲבִימֶ֛לֶךְ'a.vi.Me.lekhH40roseH6965upH6965, and thepeopleוְהָעָ֥םve.ha.'AmH5971that were with him, from the ambushment.
