17And when Joshuaיְהוֹשֻׁ֛עַye.ho.Shu.a'H3091heardוַיִּשְׁמַ֧עvai.yish.Ma'H8085the noiseק֥וֹלKolH6963of the peopleהָעָ֖םha.'AmH5971as they shoutedבְּרֵע֑וֹbe.re.'OH7452,he saidוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872, There isa noiseק֥וֹלKolH6963of warמִלְחָמָ֖הmil.cha.MahH4421in the campבַּֽמַּחֲנֶה׃Ba.ma.cha.nehH4264.
18And he saidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, It isnot the voiceקוֹל֙kOlH6963of them thatshoutH6030for masteryגְּבוּרָ֔הge.vu.RahH1369, neither is itthe voiceק֖וֹלKolH6963of them thatcryH6030for being overcomeחֲלוּשָׁ֑הcha.lu.ShahH2476: butthe noiseק֣וֹלKolH6963of them thatsingH6031do I hearשֹׁמֵֽעַ׃sho.Me.a'H8085.
19And it came to pass, as soon as he came nighקָרַב֙ka.RavH7126unto the campהַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הha.ma.cha.NehH4264,that he sawוַיַּ֥רְאvai.Yar'H7200the calfהָעֵ֖גֶלha.'E.gelH5695,and the dancingוּמְחֹלֹ֑תu.me.cho.LotH4246:and Moses’מֹשֶׁ֗הmo.ShehH4872angerאַ֣ף'afH639waxed hotוַיִּֽחַר־vai.yi.char-H2734,and he castוַיַּשְׁלֵ֤ךְvai.yash.LekhH7993the tablesהַלֻּחֹ֔תha.lu.ChotH3871out of his handsמִיָּדָיו֙mi.ya.dovH3027,and brakeוַיְשַׁבֵּ֥רvay.sha.BerH7665them beneathתַּ֥חַתTa.chatH8478the mountהָהָֽר׃ha.HarH2022.
