3Blessedבָּר֥וּךְba.RukhH1288shalt thou bein the cityבָּעִ֑ירba.'IrH5892,and blessedוּבָר֥וּךְu.va.RukhH1288shalt thou bein the fieldבַּשָּׂדֶֽה׃ba.sa.DehH7704.

10And all peopleעַמֵּ֣י'a.MeiH5971of the earthהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776shall seeוְרָאוּ֙ve.ra.'UH7200that thou art calledנִקְרָ֣אnik.Ra'H7121by the nameשֵׁ֥םshemH8034of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068;and they shall be afraidוְיָֽרְא֖וּve.ya.re.'UH3372of thee.
