Jeremiah 51:48-56

Then 1heavenH8064 and earthH776 and everythingH3605 that is in them Will shoutH7442 forH7442 joyH7442 overH5921 BabylonH894, BecauseH3588 2the destroyersH7703 will comeH935 to her from the northH6828,” DeclaresH5002 the LordH3068.

3IndeedH1571, BabylonH894 is to fallH5307 for the slainH2491 of IsraelH3478, As 4the slainH2491 of allH3605 the earthH776 have alsoH1571 fallenH5307 for BabylonH894.50You 5whoH6412 have escapedH6412 the swordH2719, GoH1980! Do not stayH5975! 6RememberH2142 the LordH3068 from farH7350 awayH7350, And let JerusalemH3389 7comeH5927 to your mindH3824.51 8We areH954 ashamedH954 becauseH3588 we have heardH8085 rebukeH2781; DisgraceH3639 has coveredH3680 our facesH6440, Because 9strangersH2114 have enteredH935 The holyH4720 placesH4720 of the Lord’sH3068 houseH1004.

“ThereforeH3651 beholdH2009, the daysH3117 are comingH935,” declaresH5002 the LordH3068, “When I will punishH6485 her 10idolsH6456, And the mortallyH2491 woundedH2491 will groanH602 throughoutH3605 her landH776.53ThoughH3588 BabylonH894 11ascendsH5927 to the heavensH8064, And thoughH3588 she fortifiesH1219 12her loftyH4791 strongholdH5797, DestroyersH7703 will comeH935 from 13Me to her,” declaresH5002 the LordH3068.

The 14soundH6963 of an outcryH2201 from BabylonH894, And of greatH1419 destructionH7667 from the landH776 of the ChaldeansH3778!55For the LordH3068 is going to destroyH7703 BabylonH894, And He will makeH6 her loudH1419 15noiseH6963 vanishH6 from her. And their 16wavesH1530 will roarH1993 like manyH7227 watersH4325; The clamorH7588 of their voicesH6963 17soundsH5414 forthH5414.56For the 18destroyerH7703 is comingH935 againstH5921 her, againstH5921 BabylonH894, And her warriorsH1368 will be capturedH3920, Their 19bowsH7198 shatteredH2865; For the LordH3068 is a GodH410 of 20retributionH1578, He will fullyH7999 repayH7999.
