Jeremiah 50:41-46

41“BeholdH2009, a peopleH5971 is comingH935 1from the northH6828, And a greatH1419 nationH1471 and manyH7227 kingsH4428 Will be rousedH5782 from the remoteH3411 partsH3411 of the earthH776.42They 2seizeH2388 their bowH7198 and javelinH3591; They are 3cruelH394 and haveH7355 noH3808 mercyH7355. Their 4voiceH6963 roarsH1993 like the seaH3220; And they rideH7392 on 5horsesH5483, 6DrawnH6186 upH6186 like a manH376 for the battleH4421 AgainstH5921 you, daughterH1323 of BabylonH894.43The 7kingH4428 of BabylonH894 has heardH8085 the reportH8088 about them, And his handsH3027 hangH7503 limpH7503; 8DistressH6869 has grippedH2388 him, AgonyH2427 like a woman inH3205 childbirthH3205.

44“9BeholdH2009, one will comeH5927 upH5927 like a lionH743 from the thicketH1347 of the JordanH3383 to a perenniallyH386 watered pastureH5116; for in an instantH7280 I will chaseH7323 them awayH4480 from it, and I will appointH6485 overH413 it whoeverH4310 is 10chosenH977. For whoH4310 is 11likeH3644 Me, and whoH4310 will summonH3259 Me into court? And whoH4310 thenH2088 is the shepherdH7462 whoH834 can 12standH5975 againstH6440 Me?” 45ThereforeH3651 hearH8085 the 13planH6098 of the LordH3068 whichH834 He has plannedH3289 againstH413 BabylonH894, and His purposesH4284 whichH834 He hasH2803 inH2803 mindH2803 againstH413 the landH776 of the ChaldeansH3778: 14they will certainlyH518H3808 dragH5498 them offH5498, even the littleH6810 onesH6810 of the flockH6629; He will certainlyH518H3808 makeH8074 their pastureH5116 desolateH8074 becauseH5921 of them. 46At the 15shoutH6963, “BabylonH894 has been conqueredH8610!” the 16earthH776 quakesH7493, and an 17outcryH2201 is heardH8085 among the nationsH1471.
