Jeremiah 50:11-18
11“BecauseH3588 you areH8055 gladH8055, becauseH3588 you areH5937 jubilantH5937, You who 1pillageH8154 My heritageH5159, BecauseH3588 you skipH6335 aboutH6335 2like a threshingH1758 3heiferH5697 And neighH6670 like 4stallionsH47,12Your 5motherH517 6will beH954 greatlyH3966 ashamedH954, She who gaveH3205 you birthH3205 7will be humiliatedH2659. BeholdH2009, she will be the leastH319 of the nationsH1471, A 8wildernessH4057, a dryH6723 landH6723 and a desertH6160.13BecauseH4480 of the wrathH7110 of the LordH3068 she will 9not be inhabitedH3427, But she will be 10completelyH3605 desolateH8077; EveryoneH3605 who passesH5674 by BabylonH894 11will be horrifiedH8074 And will hissH8319 becauseH5921 of allH3605 her woundsH4347.14DrawH6186 upH6186 your battleH6186 linesH6186 againstH5921 BabylonH894 on everyH5439 sideH5439, AllH3605 of you who 12bendH1869 the bowH7198; ShootH3034 at her, do not spareH2550 your arrowsH2671, For she has 13sinnedH2398 against the LordH3068.15RaiseH7321 your battleH7321 cryH7321 againstH5921 her on everyH5439 sideH5439! She has 14givenH5414 15herselfH3027 upH5414, her towersH806 have fallenH5307, Her 16wallsH2346 have been tornH2040 downH2040. For thisH1931 is the 17vengeanceH5360 of the LordH3068: TakeH5358 vengeanceH5358 on her; 18As she has doneH6213 to others, so doH6213 to her.16EliminateH3772 the 19sowerH2232 from BabylonH894 And the one who wieldsH8610 the sickleH4038 at the timeH6256 of harvestH7105; From 20the 21swordH2719 of the oppressorH3238 22EachH376 of them will turnH6437 backH6437 to his own peopleH5971 And eachH376 of them will fleeH5127 to his own landH776.
17“IsraelH3478 is a 23scatteredH6340 24flockH7716, the 25lionsH738 have drivenH5080 them awayH5080. The firstH7223 oneH7223 who devouredH398 him was the 26kingH4428 of AssyriaH804, and thisH2088 lastH314 oneH314 who has gnawedH6105 his bonesH6105 is 27NebuchadnezzarH5019 kingH4428 of BabylonH894. 18ThereforeH3651 thisH3541 isH3541 whatH3541 the LordH3068 of armiesH6635, the GodH430 of IsraelH3478 saysH559: ‘BeholdH2009, I am going to punishH6485 the kingH4428 of BabylonH894 and his landH776, justH3512 asH3512 I 28punishedH6485 the kingH4428 of AssyriaH804.
