171The LordH3068 saidH559, “Shall I hideH3680 from AbrahamH85 2whatH834 I am about to doH6213, 18since AbrahamH85 will certainlyH1961 becomeH1961 a greatH1419 and 3mightyH6099 nationH1471, and in him 4allH3605 the nationsH1471 of the earthH776 will be blessedH1288? 19For I have 56chosenH3045 him, soH4616 thatH4616 he may 7commandH6680 his childrenH1121 and his householdH1004 afterH310 him to 8keepH8104 the wayH1870 of the LordH3068 by doingH6213 righteousnessH6666 and justiceH4941, soH4616 thatH4616 the LordH3068 may bringH935 upon AbrahamH85 9whatH834 He has spokenH1696 aboutH5921 him.” 20And the LordH3068 saidH559, “10The outcryH2201 of SodomH5467 and GomorrahH6017 isH7231 indeedH3588 greatH7231, and their sinH2403 isH3513 exceedinglyH3966 graveH3513. 21I will 11goH3381 downH3381 nowH4994 and seeH7200 whether they have doneH6213 entirelyH3605 as the outcryH6818, which has comeH935 to Me indicates; and ifH518 not, I will knowH3045.”

22Then 12the menH376 turnedH6437 awayH6437 from thereH8033 and wentH1980 toward SodomH5467, while AbrahamH85 was stillH5750 standingH5975 beforeH6440 13the LordH3068. 23AbrahamH85 approachedH5066 and saidH559, “14Will You indeedH637 sweepH5595 awayH5595 the righteousH6662 with the wickedH7563?
