1 Kings 15:21-33
21When BaashaH1201 heardH8085 about it, 1he stoppedH2308 2fortifyingH1129 RamahH7414 and remainedH3427 in 3TirzahH8656. 22Then KingH4428 AsaH609 madeH8085 aH8085 proclamationH8085 to allH3605 JudahH3063--noH369 oneH369 was exemptH5355--and they carriedH5375 away the stonesH68 of RamahH7414 and its timberH6086 with whichH834 BaashaH1201 had builtH1129 fortifications. And KingH4428 AsaH609 builtH1129 with them 4GebaH1387 of BenjaminH1144 and MizpahH4709.
235Now as for the restH3499 of allH3605 the actsH1697 of AsaH609 and allH3605 his mightH1369, and allH3605 that he didH6213 and the citiesH5892 whichH834 he builtH1129, are they not writtenH3789 in the BookH5612 of the ChroniclesH1697H3117 of the KingsH4428 of JudahH3063? But in the timeH6256 of his oldH2209 ageH2209 he wasH2470 diseasedH2470 in his feetH7272. 24And AsaH609 6layH7901 downH7901 with his fathersH1 and was buriedH6912 with his fathersH1 in the cityH5892 of his fatherH1 DavidH1732; and his sonH1121 7JehoshaphatH3092 reignedH4427 inH8478 his placeH8478.
25Now 8NadabH5070 the sonH1121 of JeroboamH3379 becameH4427 kingH4427 overH5921 IsraelH3478 in the secondH8147 yearH8141 of AsaH609 kingH4428 of JudahH3063, and he reignedH4427 overH5921 IsraelH3478 for twoH8147 yearsH8141. 26He didH6213 evilH7451 in the sightH5869 of the LordH3068, and 9walkedH1980 in the wayH1870 of his fatherH1 and 10in his sinH2403 into whichH834 he misledH2398 IsraelH3478. 27Then 11BaashaH1201 the sonH1121 of AhijahH281 of the houseH1004 of IssacharH3485 conspiredH7194 againstH5921 him, and BaashaH1201 struckH5221 andH5221 killedH5221 him at 12GibbethonH1405, whichH834 belonged to the PhilistinesH6430, while NadabH5070 and allH3605 IsraelH3478 were layingH6696 siegeH6696 to GibbethonH1405.
28So BaashaH1201 killedH4191 him in the thirdH7969 yearH8141 of AsaH609 kingH4428 of JudahH3063, and reignedH4427 inH8478 his placeH8478. 29And as soon as he wasH4427 kingH4427, he struckH5221 andH5221 killedH5221 allH3605 the householdH1004 of JeroboamH3379. He did not leaveH7604 JeroboamH3379 anyH3605 13personsH5397 aliveH5397, but kept killing untilH5704 he had eliminatedH8045 them, 14in accordance with the wordH1697 of the LordH3068 whichH834 He spokeH1696 by His servantH5650 AhijahH281 the ShiloniteH7888, 30and becauseH5921 of the sinsH2403 of JeroboamH3379 whichH834 he 15committedH2398, and into 16whichH834 he misledH2398 IsraelH3478, because of his provocationH3708 with whichH834 he provokedH3707 the LordH3068 GodH430 of IsraelH3478 toH3707 angerH3707.
3117Now as for the restH3499 of the actsH1697 of NadabH5070 and allH3605 that he didH6213, are they not writtenH3789 in the BookH5612 of the ChroniclesH1697H3117 of the KingsH4428 of IsraelH3478? 3218And there was warH4421 betweenH996 AsaH609 and BaashaH1201 kingH4428 of IsraelH3478 allH3605 their daysH3117.
33In the thirdH7969 yearH8141 of AsaH609 kingH4428 of JudahH3063, BaashaH1201 the sonH1121 of AhijahH281 becameH4427 kingH4427 overH5921 allH3605 IsraelH3478 at TirzahH8656, and he reigned for twenty-fourH6242H702 yearsH8141.
