Leviticus 26:43-45
431For the landH776 will be abandonedH5800 by them, and will makeH7521 up for its sabbathsH7676 while it is madeH8074 desolateH8074 withoutH4480 them. They, meanwhile, will be makingH7521 amendsH7521 for their iniquityH5771, 2becauseH3282 they rejectedH3988 My ordinancesH4941 and their 3soulH5315 abhorredH1602 My statutesH2708. 44Yet in spiteH637H1571 of thisH2088, when they are in the landH776 of their enemiesH340, I will not rejectH3988 them, norH3808 will I so 4abhorH1602 them as 5to destroyH3615 them, 6breakingH6565 My covenantH1285 with them; for I am the LordH3068 their GodH430. 45But I will rememberH2142 for them the 7covenantH1285 with their ancestorsH7223, whomH834 I broughtH3318 out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714 in the sightH5869 of the nationsH1471, that 8I might be their GodH430. I am the LordH3068.’”
