Leviticus 19:1-8
1Then the LordH3068 spokeH1696 to MosesH4872, sayingH559:
2“SpeakH1696 to allH3605 the congregationH5712 of the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478 and sayH559 to them, ‘1You shall be holyH6918, for I the LordH3068 your GodH430 am holyH6918. 3EveryH376 oneH376 of you 2shall reverenceH3372 his motherH517 and his fatherH1, and you shall keepH8104 3My sabbathsH7676; 4I am the LordH3068 your GodH430. 4Do not turnH6437 to 5idolsH457 or makeH6213 for yourselves moltenH4541 6godsH430; I am the LordH3068 your GodH430.
5‘Now whenH3588 you offerH2076 a sacrificeH2077 of peaceH8002 offeringsH8002 to the LordH3068, you shall offerH2076 it so that you may be acceptedH7522. 6It shall be eatenH398 the same dayH3117 you offerH2077 it, and the nextH4283 dayH4283; but what remainsH3498 untilH5704 the thirdH7992 dayH3117 shall be burnedH8313 with fireH784. 7So ifH518 it is eatenH398 at allH398 on the thirdH7992 dayH3117, it is an offenseH6292; it will not be acceptedH7521. 8Everyone who eatsH398 it will bearH5375 his iniquityH5771, for he has profanedH2490 the holyH6944 thingH6944 of the LordH3068; and that personH5315 shall be cutH3772 offH3772 from his peopleH5971.
