Hosea 12:7-14
7A 1merchantH3669, in whose handsH3027 are falseH4820 2balancesH3976, He lovesH157 to oppressH6231.8And EphraimH669 saidH559, “SurelyH389 I have becomeH6238 3richH6238, I have foundH4672 wealthH202 for myself; In allH3605 my laborsH3018 they will findH4672 in me 4NoH3808 iniquityH5771, whichH834 would be sinH2399.”9But I have been the LordH3068 your GodH430 sinceH4480 the landH776 of EgyptH4714; I will make you 5liveH3427 in tentsH168 againH5750, As in the daysH3117 of the appointedH4150 festivalH4150.10I have also spokenH1696 to the 6prophetsH5030, And I 7gaveH7235 numerousH7235 visionsH2377, And throughH3027 the prophetsH5030 I gaveH1819 8parablesH1819.11Is there iniquityH205 in GileadH1568? SurelyH389 they are worthlessH7723. In GilgalH1537 they sacrificeH2076 bullsH7794, YesH1571, 9their altarsH4196 are like the stoneH1530 heapsH1530 BesideH5921 the furrowsH8525 of the fieldH7706.
12Now 10JacobH3290 fledH1272 to the 11landH7704 of AramH758, And 12IsraelH3478 workedH5647 for a wifeH802, And for a wifeH802 he keptH8104 sheep.13But by a 13prophetH5030 the LordH3068 broughtH5927 IsraelH3478 from EgyptH4714, And by a prophetH5030 he was keptH8104.1414EphraimH669 has provokedH3707 to bitterH8563 angerH3707; So his LordH136 will leaveH5203 his 15bloodguiltH1818 on him And bringH7725 backH7725 his 16reproachH2781 to him.
