Ezekiel 34:2-10
2“SonH1121 of manH120, prophesyH5012 againstH5921 the 1shepherdsH7462 of IsraelH3478. ProphesyH5012 and sayH559 to 2those shepherdsH7462, ‘ThusH3541 saysH559 the LordH136 3GodH3068, “WoeH1945, shepherdsH7462 of IsraelH3478 whoH834 have beenH1961 45feedingH7462 themselves! Should not the shepherdsH7462 67feedH7462 the flockH6629? 3You 8eatH398 the fatH2459 and clotheH3847 yourselvesH3847 with the woolH6785, you 9slaughterH2076 the fatH1277 sheep withoutH3808 10feedingH7462 the flockH6629. 4Those who are sicklyH2470 you have not strengthenedH2388, the 11diseasedH2470 you have not healedH7495, 12the brokenH7665 you have not boundH2280 up, the scatteredH5080 you have not broughtH7725 backH7725, norH3808 have you 13soughtH1245 for the lostH6; but with forceH2394 and with severityH6531 you have dominatedH7287 them. 5They were 14scatteredH6327 for lackH1097 of a shepherdH7462, and they becameH1961 15foodH402 for everyH3605 beastH2421 of the fieldH7704 and were scatteredH6327. 6My flockH6629 16wanderedH7686 through allH3605 the mountainsH2022 and on everyH3605 highH7311 hillH1389; 17My flockH6629 was scatteredH6327 overH5921 allH3605 the surfaceH6440 of the earthH776, and thereH369 was 18noH369 oneH369 to searchH1875 or seekH1245 for them.”’”
7ThereforeH3651, you shepherdsH7462, hearH8085 the wordH1697 of the LordH3068: 8“As I liveH2416,” declaresH5002 the LordH136 GodH3068, “surelyH518H3808 becauseH3282 My flockH6629 has becomeH1961 a 19preyH957, My flockH6629 has even becomeH1961 foodH402 for allH3605 the beastsH2421 of the fieldH7704 for lackH369 of a shepherdH7462, and My shepherdsH7462 did not searchH1875 for My flockH6629, but rather the shepherdsH7462 fedH7462 themselves and did not feedH7462 My flockH6629; 9thereforeH3651, you shepherdsH7462, hearH8085 the wordH1697 of the LordH3068: 10‘ThusH3541 saysH559 the LordH136 GodH3068, “BeholdH2009, I am 20againstH413 the shepherdsH7462, and I will demandH1875 My 21sheepH6629 22from them and make them 23ceaseH7673 from feedingH7462 24sheepH6629. So the shepherdsH7462 will not 25feedH7462 themselves anymoreH5750, but I will 26deliverH5337 My flockH6629 from their mouthH6310, so that they will not be foodH402 for them.”’”
