Ezekiel 24:3-14
3SpeakH4911 a 1parableH4912 to the 2rebelliousH4805 houseH1004 and sayH559 to them, ‘ThusH3541 saysH559 the LordH136 3GodH3068, “PutH8239 on the 4potH5518, putH8239 it on and alsoH1571 pourH3332 waterH4325 in it;456PutH622 in it the piecesH5409, EveryH3605 goodH2896 pieceH5409, the thighH3409 and the shoulderH3802; FillH4390 it with choiceH4005 bonesH6106.5TakeH3947 the 7choicestH4005 of the flockH6629, And alsoH1571 pileH1754 8woodH6106 underH8478 9the pot. Make it boilH7570 vigorouslyH7571. AlsoH1571 seetheH1310 its bonesH6106 in it.”
6‘ThereforeH3651, thusH3541 saysH559 the LordH136 GodH3068, “WoeH188 to the 10bloodyH1818 cityH5892, To the potH5518 in whichH834 there is rustH2457 And whose rustH2457 has not goneH3318 out of it! TakeH3318 out of it pieceH5409 after pieceH5409, 11WithoutH3808 makingH5307 a choiceH1486.7For her bloodH1818 is in her midstH8432; She placedH7760 it on the bareH6706 rockH5553; She did not 12pourH8210 it on the groundH776 To coverH3680 it with dustH6083.8That it may 13cause wrathH2534 to comeH5927 up to takeH5358 vengeanceH5359, I have putH5414 her bloodH1818 on the bareH6706 rockH5553, That it may not be coveredH3680.” 9ThereforeH3651, thusH3541 saysH559 the LordH136 GodH3068, “14WoeH188 to the bloodyH1818 cityH5892! I alsoH1571 will makeH1431 the pileH4071 greatH1431.10HeapH7235 on the woodH6086, kindleH1814 the fireH784, 15BoilH8552 the fleshH1320 wellH8552 And mixH7543 in the spicesH7543, And let the bonesH6106 be burnedH2787.11Then 16setH5975 it emptyH7386 on its coalsH1513 SoH4616 that it may be hotH2552 And its bronzeH5178 may 17glowH2787 And its 18filthinessH2932 may be meltedH5413 in it, Its rustH2457 consumedH8552.12She has 19weariedH3811 Me with toilH8383, Yet her greatH7227 rustH2457 has not goneH3318 from her; Let her rustH2457 be in the fireH784!13In your filthinessH2932 is lewdnessH2154. BecauseH3282 I would have cleansedH2891 you, Yet you are 20not cleanH2891, You will not be cleansedH2891 from your filthinessH2932 againH5750 UntilH5704 I have 2122spentH5117 My wrathH2534 on you. 14I, the LordH3068, have spokenH1696; it is 23comingH935 and I will actH6213. I will not relentH6544, and I will not 24pityH2347 and I will not be sorryH5162; 25according to your waysH1870 and according to your deedsH5949 26I will judgeH8199 you,” declaresH5002 the LordH136 GodH3068.’”
