2 Kings 1:9-13

9Then the king 1sentH7971 to him a captainH8269 of fiftyH2572 with his fiftyH2572. And he wentH5927 up to him, and beholdH2009, he was sittingH3427 on the topH7218 of the hillH2022. And he saidH1696 to him, “O manH376 of GodH430, the kingH4428 saysH1696, ‘ComeH3381 downH3381.’” 10ElijahH452 repliedH6030 to the captainH8269 of fiftyH2572, “IfH518 I am a manH376 of GodH430, 2let fireH784 comeH3381 downH3381 from heavenH8064 and consumeH398 you and your fiftyH2572.” 3Then fireH784 cameH3381 downH3381 from heavenH8064 and consumedH398 him and his fiftyH2572.

11So he againH7725 sentH7971 to him anotherH312 captainH8269 of fiftyH2572 with his fiftyH2572. And he saidH1696 to him, “O manH376 of GodH430, thusH3541 saysH559 the kingH4428, ‘ComeH3381 downH3381 quicklyH4120.’” 12ElijahH452 repliedH6030 to them, “IfH518 I am a manH376 of GodH430, let fireH784 comeH3381 downH3381 from heavenH8064 and consumeH398 you and your fiftyH2572.” Then the fireH784 of GodH430 cameH3381 downH3381 from heavenH8064 and consumedH398 him and his fiftyH2572.

13So he 4againH7725 sentH7971 the captainH8269 of a thirdH7992 fiftyH2572 with his fiftyH2572. When the thirdH7992 captainH8269 of fiftyH2572 wentH5927 up, he cameH935 and bowedH3766 downH3766 on his kneesH1290 beforeH5048 ElijahH452, and beggedH2603 him and saidH1696 to him, “O manH376 of GodH430, pleaseH4994 let my lifeH5315 and the livesH5315 of theseH428 fiftyH2572 servantsH5650 of yours be preciousH3365 in your sightH5869.
