1 Kings 16:6-14
6And BaashaH1201 sleptH7901 with his fathersH1 and was buriedH6912 in 1TirzahH8656, and ElahH425 his sonH1121 becameH4427 kingH4427 in his placeH8478. 7MoreoverH1571, the wordH1697 of the LordH3068 throughH3027 2the prophetH5030 JehuH3058 the sonH1121 of HananiH2607 alsoH1571 cameH1961 againstH413 BaashaH1201 and his householdH1004, both becauseH5921 of allH3605 the evilH7463 whichH834 he didH6213 in the sightH5869 of the LordH3068, provokingH3707 Him to angerH3707 with 3the workH4639 of his handsH3027, in beingH1961 like the houseH1004 of JeroboamH3379, and becauseH5921H834 4he struckH5221 5it.
8In the twenty-sixthH6242H8337 yearH8141 of AsaH609 kingH4428 of JudahH3063, ElahH425 the sonH1121 of BaashaH1201 becameH4427 kingH4427 overH5921 IsraelH3478 at TirzahH8656, and reigned two yearsH8141. 9His servantH5650 6ZimriH2174, commanderH8269 of halfH4276 his chariotsH7393, conspiredH7194 againstH5921 him. Now he was at TirzahH8656 drinkingH8354 himself drunkH7910 in the houseH1004 of ArzaH777, 7whoH834 was overH5921 the householdH1004 at TirzahH8656. 10Then ZimriH2174 wentH935 in and struckH5221 him and putH4191 him to deathH4191 in the twenty-seventhH6242H7651 yearH8141 of AsaH609 kingH4428 of JudahH3063, and becameH4427 kingH4427 in his placeH8478. 11It cameH1961 about when he becameH4427 kingH4427, as soon as he satH3427 on his throneH3678, that 8he 9killedH5221 allH3605 the householdH1004 of BaashaH1201; he did not leaveH7604 10a single maleH8366H7023, neither of his 11relativesH1350 nor of his friendsH7453.
12Thus ZimriH2174 destroyedH8045 allH3605 the householdH1004 of BaashaH1201, 12according to the wordH1697 of the LordH3068, whichH834 He spokeH1696 againstH413 BaashaH1201 throughH3027 13JehuH3058 the prophetH5030, 13for allH3605 the sinsH2403 of BaashaH1201 and the sinsH2403 of ElahH425 his sonH1121, whichH834 they sinnedH2398 and whichH834 they made IsraelH3478 sinH2398, 14provokingH3707 the LordH3068 GodH430 of IsraelH3478 to angerH3707 with their 15idolsH1892. 1416Now the restH3499 of the actsH1697 of ElahH425 and allH3605 that he didH6213, are they not writtenH3789 in the BookH5612 of the ChroniclesH1697H3117 of the KingsH4428 of IsraelH3478?
