17Beholdהִנֵּ֤הhi.NehH2009,the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068is about to hurlמְטַלְטֶלְךָ֔me.tal.tel.KhaH2904you headlongטַלְטֵלָ֖הtal.te.LahH2925,O manגָּ֑בֶרGa.verH1397.And He is about to graspוְעֹטְךָ֖ve.'o.te.KhaH5844you firmlyעָטֹֽה׃'a.TohH5844

18Androllצָנ֤וֹףtza.NofH6801you tightlyיִצְנָפְךָ֙yitz.na.fe.KhaH6801like a ballכַּדּ֕וּרka.DurH1754, To be castinto a vastרַחֲבַ֣תra.cha.VatH7342countryאֶ֖רֶץ'E.retzH776;Thereשָׁ֣מָּהSha.mahH8033you will dieתָמ֗וּתta.MutH4191And thereוְשָׁ֙מָּה֙ve.Sha.mahH8033your splendidכְּבוֹדֶ֔ךָke.vo.De.khaH3519chariotsמַרְכְּב֣וֹתmar.ke.VotH4818will be,You shameקְל֖וֹןke.LonH7036of your master’sאֲדֹנֶֽיךָ׃'a.do.Nei.khaH113houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004.’

19I willdeposeוַהֲדַפְתִּ֖יךָva.ha.daf.Ti.khaH1920you from your officeמִמַּצָּבֶ֑ךָmi.ma.tza.Ve.khaH4673, AndI will pullH2040you downיֶהֶרְסֶֽךָ׃ye.her.Se.khaH2040from your stationוּמִמַּעֲמָֽדְךָ֖u.mi.ma.'a.ma.de.KhaH4612.

20Then it will comeוְהָיָ֖הve.ha.YahH1961about in that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117,That I will summonוְקָרָ֣אתִיve.ka.Ra.tiH7121My servantלְעַבְדִּ֔יle.'av.DiH5650Eliakimלְאֶלְיָקִ֖יםle.'el.ya.KimH471the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Hilkiahחִלְקִיָּֽהוּ׃chil.ki.Ya.huH2518,

21And I will clotheוְהִלְבַּשְׁתִּ֣יוve.hil.bash.TivH3847him with your tunicכֻּתָּנְתֶּ֗ךָku.ta.ne.Te.khaH3801And tieH2388your sashוְאַבְנֵֽטְךָ֙ve.'av.ne.te.KhaH73securelyH2388about him.I will entrustאֶתֵּ֣ן בְּיָד֑וֹ'e.Ten be.ya.DoH5414 H3027him with yourauthorityוּמֶֽמְשֶׁלְתְּךָ֖u.mem.shel.te.KhaH4475,And he will becomeוְהָיָ֥הve.ha.YahH1961afatherלְאָ֛בle.'AvH1to the inhabitantsלְיוֹשֵׁ֥בle.yo.ShevH3427of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֖םye.ru.sha.LimH3389and to the houseוּלְבֵ֥יתu.le.VeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָֽה׃ye.hu.DahH3063.

22Then I will setוְנָתַתִּ֛יve.na.ta.TiH5414the keyמַפְתֵּ֥חַmaf.Te.achH4668of thehouseבֵּית־beit-H1004of Davidדָּוִ֖דda.VidH1732on his shoulderשִׁכְמ֑וֹshikh.MoH7926,When he opensוּפָתַח֙u.fa.TachH6605noH369oneH369will shutסֹגֵ֔רso.GerH5462,When he shutsוְסָגַ֖רve.sa.GarH5462noH369oneH369willopenפֹּתֵֽחַ׃po.Te.achH6605.

23I will driveוּתְקַעְתִּ֥יוu.te.ka'.TivH8628him like apegיָתֵ֖דya.TedH3489in a firmנֶאֱמָ֑ןne.'e.ManH539placeבְּמָק֣וֹםbe.ma.KomH4725,And he will becomeוְהָיָ֛הve.ha.YahH1961athroneלְכִסֵּ֥אle.khi.Se'H3678of gloryכָב֖וֹדkha.VodH3519to his father’sאָבִֽיו׃'a.VivH1houseלְבֵ֥יתle.VeitH1004.

24So they will hangוְתָל֨וּve.ta.LuH8518on him allכֹּ֣ל׀kolH3605the gloryכְּב֣וֹדke.VodH3519of his father’sאָבִ֗יו'a.VivH1houseבֵּית־beit-H1004,offspringהַצֶּֽאֱצָאִים֙ha.tze.'e.tza.'ImH6631andissueוְהַצְּפִע֔וֹתve.ha.tze.fi.'otH6849,allכֹּ֖לkolH3605the leastהַקָּטָ֑ןha.ka.TanH6996of vesselsכְּלֵ֣יke.LeiH3627,from bowlsמִכְּלֵי֙ הָֽאַגָּנ֔וֹתmi.ke.Lei ha.'a.ga.NotH3627 H101to allכָּל־kol-H3605the jarsכְּלֵ֥י הַנְּבָלִֽים׃ke.Lei ha.ne.va.LimH3627 H5035.

25In that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117,”declaresנְאֻם֙ne.'UmH5002the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635, “thepegהַיָּתֵ֔דhai.ya.TedH3489drivenהַתְּקוּעָ֖הha.te.ku.'AhH8628in a firmנֶאֱמָ֑ןne.'e.ManH539placeבְּמָק֣וֹםbe.ma.KomH4725will giveH4185wayH4185; it will evenbreakH1438offH1438and fallוְנָפְלָ֗הve.na.fe.LahH5307,and the loadהַמַּשָּׂ֣אha.ma.Sa'H4853hanging on it will be cutוְנִכְרַת֙ve.nikh.RatH3772offH3772, for theLordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068has spokenדִּבֵּֽר׃ סdi.BerH1696.”
