10Now the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spokeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696to Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

11“Goבֹּ֣אbo'H935,tellדַבֵּ֔רda.BerH1696Pharaohפַּרְעֹ֖הpar.'OhH6547kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Egyptמִצְרָ֑יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714to letH7971the sonsבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478goוִֽישַׁלַּ֥חvi.sha.LachH7971out of his landמֵאַרְצֽוֹ׃me.'ar.TzoH776.”

12But Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872spokeוַיְדַבֵּ֣רvay.da.BerH1696beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559, “Beholdהֵ֤ןhenH2005,the sonsבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478have not listenedשָׁמְע֣וּsha.me.'UH8085to me;howוְאֵיךְ֙ve.'eiKhH349then will Pharaohפַרְעֹ֔הfar.'OhH6547listenיִשְׁמָעֵ֣נִיyish.ma.'E.niH8085to me, for I amunskilledעֲרַ֥ל'a.RalH6189in speechשְׂפָתָֽיִם׃ פse.fa.Ta.yimH8193?”
