8I looked outרָאִ֣יתִי׀ra.'I.tiH7200into the nightהַלַּ֗יְלָהha.Lay.lahH3915and sawוְהִנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009a manאִישׁ֙'ishH376ridingרֹכֵב֙ro.KhevH7392onעַל־'al-H5921a redאָדֹ֔ם'a.DomH122horseס֣וּסsusH5483.Heוְה֣וּאve.Hu'H1931was standingעֹמֵ֔ד'o.MedH5975amongבֵּ֥יןbeinH996the myrtle treesהַהֲדַסִּ֖יםha.ha.da.SimH1918אֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834in the hollowבַּמְּצֻלָ֑הba.me.tzu.LahH4699,and behind himוְאַחֲרָיו֙ve.'a.cha.RavH310were redאֲדֻמִּ֔ים'a.du.MimH122,sorrelשְׂרֻקִּ֖יםse.ru.KimH8320,and whiteוּלְבָנִֽים׃u.le.va.NimH3836horsesסוּסִ֣יםsu.SimH5483.
9“Whatמָה־mah-H4100are theseאֵ֣לֶּה'E.lehH428,my lordאֲדֹנִ֑י'a.do.NiH113?”I askedוָאֹמַ֖רva.'o.MarH559.And the angelהַמַּלְאָךְ֙ha.mal.'oKhH4397who was speakingהַדֹּבֵ֣רha.do.VerH1696with merepliedוַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֗יvai.Yo.mer 'e.LaiH559H413, “Iאֲנִ֥י'a.NiH589will showאַרְאֶ֖ךָּ'ar.'E.kaH7200you whatמָה־mah-H4100they areהֵ֥מָּה אֵֽלֶּה׃He.mah 'E.lehH1992H428.”
10Then the manהָאִ֛ישׁha.'IshH376standingהָעֹמֵ֥דha.'o.MedH5975amongבֵּין־bein-H996the myrtle treesהַהַדַסִּ֖ים וַיֹּאמַ֑רha.ha.da.Sim vai.yo.MarH1918H559explainedוַיַּ֗עַןvai.Ya.'anH6030, “Theyאֵ֚לֶּה'E.lehH428are the onesאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068has sentשָׁלַ֣חsha.LachH7971to patrolלְהִתְהַלֵּ֖ךְle.hit.ha.LekhH1980the earthבָּאָֽרֶץ׃ba.'A.retzH776.”
11And the riders answeredוַֽיַּעֲנ֞וּvai.ya.'a.NuH6030אֶת־'et-H853the angelמַלְאַ֣ךְmal.'AkhH4397of the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068who was standingהָֽעֹמֵד֙ha.'o.MedH5975amongבֵּ֣יןbeinH996the myrtle treesהַהֲדַסִּ֔ים וַיֹּאמְר֖וּha.ha.da.Sim vai.yo.me.RuH1918H559, “We have patrolledהִתְהַלַּ֣כְנוּhit.ha.Lakh.nuH1980the earthבָאָ֑רֶץva.'A.retzH776,and beholdוְהִנֵּ֥הve.hi.NehH2009,allכָל־khol-H3605the earthהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776is at restיֹשֶׁ֥בֶתyo.She.vetH3427and tranquilוְשֹׁקָֽטֶת׃ve.sho.Ka.tetH8252.”
12Then the angelמַלְאַךְ־mal.'akh-H4397of the LORDיְהוָה֮Yah.wehH3068saidוַיַּ֣עַן וַיֹּאמַר֒vai.Ya.'an vai.yo.MarH559H6030, “How longעַד־ מָתַ֗י'ad- ma.TaiH5704H4970,O LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of Hostsצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635,will Youאַתָּה֙'a.TahH859withhold mercyלֹֽא־ תְרַחֵ֣םlo'- te.ra.ChemH3808H7355אֶת־'et-H853from Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֔םye.ru.sha.LimH3389וְאֵ֖תve.'EtH853and the citiesעָרֵ֣י'a.ReiH5892of Judahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063,with whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834You have been angryזָעַ֔מְתָּהza.'Am.tahH2194theseזֶ֖הzehH2088seventyשִׁבְעִ֥יםshiv.'ImH7657yearsשָׁנָֽה׃sha.NahH8141?”
14Then the angelהַמַּלְאָךְ֙ha.mal.'oKhH4397who was speakingהַדֹּבֵ֣רha.do.VerH1696with mesaidוַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֗יvai.Yo.mer 'e.LaiH559H413, “Proclaimקְרָ֣אke.Ra'H7121this wordלֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559:This is whatכֹּ֥הkohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of Hostsצְבָא֑וֹתtze.va.'otH6635saysאָמַ֖ר'a.MarH559: ‘I am veryגְדוֹלָֽה׃ge.do.LahH1419jealousקִנֵּ֧אתִי קִנְאָ֥הki.Ne.ti kin.'AhH7065H7068for Jerusalemלִירוּשָׁלִַ֛םli.ru.sha.LimH3389and Zionוּלְצִיּ֖וֹןu.le.tzi.YonH6726,
