Zechariah 1:7-15
On the twenty-fourthH6242H702 dayH3117 of the eleventhH6249H6240 monthH2320, the monthH2320 of ShebatH7627,1 in the secondH8147 yearH8141 of DariusH1867, the wordH1697 of the LORDH3068 cameH1961 toH413 the prophetH5030 ZechariahH2148 sonH1121 of BerechiahH1296, the sonH1121 of IddoH5714.
I looked outH7200 into the nightH3915 and sawH2009 a manH376 ridingH7392 onH5921 a redH122 horseH5483. HeH1931 was standingH5975 amongH996 the myrtle treesH1918 in the hollowH4699, and behind himH310 were redH122, sorrelH8320, and whiteH3836 horsesH5483.
“WhatH4100 are theseH428, my lordH113?” I askedH559.
And the angelH4397 who was speakingH1696 with me repliedH559H413, “IH589 will showH7200 you whatH4100 they areH1992H428.”
Then the manH376 standingH5975 amongH996 the myrtle treesH1918H559 explainedH6030, “TheyH428 are the onesH834 the LORDH3068 has sentH7971 to patrolH1980 the earthH776.”
And the riders answeredH6030 the angelH4397 of the LORDH3068 who was standingH5975 amongH996 the myrtle treesH1918H559, “We have patrolledH1980 the earthH776, and beholdH2009, allH3605 the earthH776 is at restH3427 and tranquilH8252.”
Then the angelH4397 of the LORDH3068 saidH559H6030, “How longH5704H4970, O LORDH3068 of HostsH6635, will YouH859 withhold mercyH3808H7355 from JerusalemH3389 and the citiesH5892 of JudahH3063, with whichH834 You have been angryH2194 theseH2088 seventyH7657 yearsH8141?”
So the LORDH3068 spokeH6030 kindH2896 and comfortingH5150 wordsH1697 to the angelH4397 who was speakingH1696 with me.
Then the angelH4397 who was speakingH1696 with me saidH559H413, “ProclaimH7121 this wordH559: This is whatH3541 the LORDH3068 of HostsH6635 saysH559: ‘I am veryH1419 jealousH7065H7068 for JerusalemH3389 and ZionH6726, 15but IH589 am fiercely angryH7110H1419H7107 withH5921 the nationsH1471 that are at easeH7600. ForH834 IH589 was a littleH4592 angryH7107, but theyH1992 have added toH5826 the calamityH7451.2’
