12Am Iאָ֭נִי'A.niH589the seaהֲֽיָם־hayam-H3220,orאִם־'im-H518the monster of the deepתַּנִּ֑יןta.NinH8577,thatכִּֽי־ki-H3588You must keep me underתָשִׂ֖ים עָלַ֣יta.Sim 'a.LaiH7760 H5921guardמִשְׁמָֽר׃mish.MarH4929?

13Whenכִּֽי־ki-H3588I thinkאָ֭מַרְתִּי'A.mar.tiH559my bedעַרְשִׂ֑י'ar.SiH6210will comfort meתְּנַחֲמֵ֣נִיte.na.cha.Me.niH5162and my couchמִשְׁכָּבִֽי׃mish.ka.ViH4904will easeיִשָּׂ֥אyi.Sa'H5375my complaintבְ֝שִׂיחִ֗יve.si.ChiH7879,

14then You frighten meוְחִתַּתַּ֥נִיve.chit.ta.Ta.niH2865with dreamsבַחֲלֹמ֑וֹתva.cha.lo.MotH2472and terrify meתְּבַעֲתַֽנִּי׃te.va.'a.Ta.niH1204with visionsוּֽמֵחֶזְיֹנ֥וֹתu.me.chez.yo.NotH2384,

15so that Iנַפְשִׁ֑יnaf.ShiH5315would preferוַתִּבְחַ֣רva.tiv.CharH977stranglingמַחֲנָ֣קma.cha.NakH4267and deathמָ֝֗וֶתMa.vetH4194over my life in this bodyמֵֽעַצְמוֹתָֽי׃Me.'atz.mo.TaiH6106.
