30Thereforeלָכֵ֛ןla.KhenH3651,her young menבַחוּרֶ֖יהָva.chu.Rei.haH970will fallיִפְּל֥וּyi.pe.LuH5307in the streetsבִּרְחֹבֹתֶ֑יהָbir.cho.Tei.haH7339,and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605her warriorsאַנְשֵׁ֨י מִלְחַמְתָּ֥הּ'an.Shei mil.cham.TahH582 H4421will be silencedיִדַּ֛מּוּyi.Da.muH1826in thatהַה֖וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַּיּ֥וֹםbai.YomH3117,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

31“Beholdהִנְנִ֤יhi.NiH2005,I am against youאֵלֶ֙יךָ֙'e.Lei.khaH413,O arrogant oneזָד֔וֹןza.DonH2087,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִ֖הYah.wehH3069of Hostsצְבָא֑וֹתtze.va.'otH6635, “forכִּ֛יkiH3588your dayיוֹמְךָ֖yom.KhaH3117has comeבָּ֥אba'H935,the timeעֵ֥ת'etH6256when I will punish youפְּקַדְתִּֽיךָ׃pe.kad.Ti.chaH6485.

32The arrogant oneזָדוֹן֙za.dOnH2087will stumbleוְכָשַׁ֤לve.kha.ShalH3782and fallוְנָפַ֔לve.na.FalH5307with noוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369one to pick him upמֵקִ֑יםme.KimH6965.And I will kindleוְהִצַּ֤תִּיve.hi.Tza.tiH3341a fireאֵשׁ֙'eshH784in his citiesבְּעָרָ֔יוbe.'a.RavH5892to consumeוְאָכְלָ֖הve.'a.khe.LahH398all thoseכָּל־kol-H3605around himסְבִיבֹתָֽיו׃ סse.vi.vo.TavH5439.”

33This is whatכֹּ֤הkohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of Hostsצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “The sonsבְּנֵי־be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֥לYis.ra.'ElH3478are oppressedעֲשׁוּקִ֛ים'a.shu.KimH6231,and the sonsוּבְנֵי־u.ve.nei-H1121of Judahיְהוּדָ֖הye.hu.DahH3063as wellיַחְדָּ֑וyach.DavH3162.Allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605their captorsשֹֽׁבֵיהֶם֙shoei.HemH7617hold them fastהֶחֱזִ֣יקוּhe.che.Zi.kuH2388,refusingמֵאֲנ֖וּme.'a.NuH3985to release themשַׁלְּחָֽם׃sha.le.ChamH7971.
