10The LORDיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶ֖ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430has multipliedהִרְבָּ֣הhir.BahH7235youאֶתְכֶ֑ם'et.KhemH853,so that todayהַיּ֔וֹםhai.YomH3117you areוְהִנְּכֶ֣םve.hi.ne.KhemH2009as numerousלָרֹֽב׃la.RoH7230as the starsכְּכוֹכְבֵ֥יke.chokh.VeiH3556in the skyהַשָּׁמַ֖יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064.

11May the LORDיְהוָ֞הYah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of your fathersאֲבֽוֹתֵכֶ֗ם'a.vo.te.KhemH1,increase youיֹסֵ֧ף עֲלֵיכֶ֛םyo.Sef 'a.lei.KhemH3254 H5921a thousandאֶ֣לֶף'E.lefH505times overפְּעָמִ֑יםpe.'a.MimH6471and blessוִיבָרֵ֣ךְvi.va.RekhH1288youאֶתְכֶ֔ם'et.KhemH853asכַּאֲשֶׁ֖רka.'a.SherH834He has promisedדִּבֶּ֥רdi.BerH1696.

13Chooseהָב֣וּha.VuH3051for yourselveswiseחֲכָמִ֧יםcha.kha.MimH2450,understandingוּנְבֹנִ֛יםu.ne.vo.NimH995,and respectedוִידֻעִ֖יםvi.du.'ImH3045menאֲנָשִׁ֨ים'a.na.ShimH582from each of your tribesלְשִׁבְטֵיכֶ֑םle.shiv.tei.KhemH7626,and I will appoint themוַאֲשִׂימֵ֖םva.'a.si.MemH7760as your leadersבְּרָאשֵׁיכֶֽם׃be.ra.shei.KhemH7218.”

14And you answeredוַֽתַּעֲנ֖וּva.ta.'a.NuH6030meאֹתִ֑י'o.TiH853and saidוַתֹּ֣אמְר֔וּva.To.me.RuH559, “Whatאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834you proposeדִּבַּ֖רְתָּdi.Bar.taH1696to doלַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃la.'a.SotH6213is goodטֽוֹב־ הַדָּבָ֥רtov- ha.da.VarH2896 H1697.”

15So I tookוָאֶקַּ֞חva.'e.KachH3947אֶת־'et-H853the leadersרָאשֵׁ֣יra.SheiH7218of your tribesשִׁבְטֵיכֶ֗םshiv.tei.KhemH7626,wiseחֲכָמִים֙cha.kha.MimH2450and respectedוִֽידֻעִ֔יםvi.du.'ImH3045menאֲנָשִׁ֤ים'a.na.ShimH582,and appointedוָאֶתֵּ֥ןva.'e.TenH5414themאֹתָ֛ם'o.TamH853as leadersרָאשִׁ֖יםra.ShimH7218over youעֲלֵיכֶ֑ם'a.lei.KhemH5921—as commandersשָׂרֵ֨יsa.ReiH8269of thousandsאֲלָפִ֜ים וְשָׂרֵ֣י'a.la.Fim ve.sa.ReiH505 H8269,of hundredsמֵא֗וֹת וְשָׂרֵ֤יme.'ot ve.sa.ReiH3967 H8269,of fiftiesחֲמִשִּׁים֙ וְשָׂרֵ֣יcha.mi.Shim ve.sa.ReiH2572 H8269,and of tensעֲשָׂרֹ֔ת'a.sa.RotH6235,and as officersוְשֹׁטְרִ֖יםve.sho.te.RimH7860for your tribesלְשִׁבְטֵיכֶֽם׃le.shiv.tei.KhemH7626.
