Revelation 9:2-10

And he openedG455 the pitG5421 of the abyssG12; and there wentG305 up a smokeG2586 out of the pitG5421, as the smokeG2586 of a greatG3173 furnaceG2575; and the sunG2246 and the airG109 were darkenedG4656 by reason of the smokeG2586 of the pitG5421.

And out of the smokeG2586 cameG1831 forthG1831 locustsG200 upon the earthG1093; and powerG1849 was givenG1325 them, as the scorpionsG4651 of the earthG1093 have powerG1849.

And it was said unto them that they should not hurt the grassG5528 of the earthG1093, neither any greenG5515 thing, neither any treeG1186, but onlyG1487 such menG444 as have not the sealG4973 of GodG2316 on their foreheadsG3359.

And it was givenG1325 them that they should not killG615 them, but that they should be tormentedG928 fiveG4002 monthsG3376: and their tormentG929 was as the tormentG929 of a scorpionG4651, whenG3752 it striketh a manG444.

And in those daysG2250 menG444 shall seekG2212 deathG2288, and shall in no wise findG2147 it; and they shall desireG1937 to dieG599, and deathG2288 fleeth from them.

And the shapes of the locustsG200 were like unto horsesG2462 preparedG2090 for warG4171; and upon their headsG2776 as it were crownsG4735 like unto goldG5557, and their facesG4383 were as men’sG444 facesG4383.

And they had hairG2359 as the hairG2359 of womenG1135, and their teethG3599 wereG1510 as the teethG3599 of lionsG3023.

And they had breastplatesG2382, as it were breastplatesG2382 of ironG4603; and the soundG5456 of their wingsG4420 was as the soundG5456 of chariotsG716, of manyG4183 horsesG2462 rushing to warG4171.

And they have tailsG3769 like unto scorpionsG4651, and stingsG2759; and in their tailsG3769 is their powerG1849 to hurt menG444 fiveG4002 monthsG3376.
