9So thekingמֶ֨לֶךְMe.lekhH4428ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֤לYis.ra.'ElH3478wentH3212, and thekingוּמֶֽלֶך־u.Me.lekh-H4428ofJudahיְהוּדָה֙ye.hu.DahH3063, and thekingוּמֶ֣לֶךְu.Me.lekhH4428ofEdomאֱד֔וֹם'e.DomH123: and they made acircuitוַיָּסֹ֕בּוּvai.ya.So.buH5437ofsevenשִׁבְעַ֣תshiv.'AtH7651daysיָמִ֑יםya.MimH3117’journeyדֶּ֖רֶךְDe.rekhH1870: and there was nowaterמַ֧יִםMa.yimH4325for thearmyלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֛הla.ma.cha.NehH4264, and for thecattleוְלַבְּהֵמָ֖הve.la.be.he.MahH929thatfollowedבְּרַגְלֵיהֶֽם׃be.rag.lei.HemH7272them.
10And thekingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478saidוַיֹּ֖אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559,Alasאֲהָ֕הּ'a.HahH162! that theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068hathcalledH7121thesethreeלִשְׁלֹ֙שֶׁת֙lish.Lo.shetH7969kingsהַמְּלָכִ֣יםha.me.la.KhimH4428togetherH7121, todeliverלָתֵ֥תla.TetH5414them into thehandבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027ofMoabמוֹאָֽב׃mo.'AvH4124!

21And when all theMoabitesמוֹאָב֙mo.'AvH4124heardשָֽׁמְע֔וּsha.me.'UH8085that thekingsהַמְּלָכִ֖יםha.me.la.KhimH4428were comeupעָל֥וּ'a.LuH5927tofightלְהִלָּ֣חֶםle.hi.La.chemH3898against them, theygatheredוַיִּצָּעֲק֗וּvai.yi.tza.'a.KuH6817all that were able toputחֹגֵ֤רcho.GerH2296onarmourחֲגֹרָה֙cha.go.RahH2290, andupwardוָמַ֔עְלָהva.Ma'.lahH4605, andstoodוַיַּעַמְד֖וּvai.ya.'am.DuH5975in theborderהַגְּבֽוּל׃ha.ge.VulH1366.
22And they roseearlyוַיַּשְׁכִּ֣ימוּvai.yash.Ki.muH7925in themorningבַבֹּ֔קֶרva.Bo.kerH1242, and thesunוְהַשֶּׁ֖מֶשׁve.ha.She.meshH8121shoneזָרְחָ֣הza.re.ChahH2224upon thewaterהַמָּ֑יִםha.Ma.yimH4325, and theMoabitesמוֹאָ֥בmo.'AvH4124sawוַיִּרְא֨וּvai.yir.'UH7200thewaterהַמַּ֖יִםha.Ma.yimH4325on the othersideמִנֶּ֛גֶדmi.Ne.gedH5048asredאֲדֻמִּ֥ים'a.du.MimH122asbloodכַּדָּֽם׃ka.DamH1818:
