27And asSamuelשְׁמוּאֵ֖לshe.mu.'ElH8050turnedוַיִּסֹּ֥בvai.yi.SoH5437aboutH5437togoH5437awayH5437, helaidH2388holdוַיַּחֲזֵ֥קvai.ya.cha.ZekH2388upon theskirtבִּכְנַף־bikh.naf-H3671of hisrobeמְעִיל֖וֹme.'i.LoH4598, and it rent.

28AndSamuelשְׁמוּאֵ֔לshe.mu.'ElH8050saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto him, TheLORDיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068hath rent thekingdomמַמְלְכ֧וּתmam.le.KhutH4468ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֛לYis.ra.'ElH3478from thee thisdayהַיּ֑וֹםhai.YomH3117, and hathgivenוּנְתָנָ֕הּu.ne.ta.NahH5414it to a neighbour of thine, that isbetterהַטּ֥וֹבha.TovH2896thanמִמֶּֽךָּ׃mi.Me.kaH4480thou.

29And also theStrengthנֵ֣צַחNe.tzachH5331ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478willnotלֹ֥אlo'H3808lieיְשַׁקֵּ֖רye.sha.KerH8266norוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808repentיִנָּחֵ֑םyi.na.ChemH5162: for he isnotלֹ֥אlo'H3808amanאָדָ֛ם'a.DamH120. that he shouldrepentלְהִנָּחֵֽם׃le.hi.na.ChemH5162.
