1 Chronicles 6:31-48

31And these are they whom David set over the service of song in the house of the LORD, after that the ark had rest.

32And they ministered with song before the tabernacle of the tent of meeting, until Solomon had built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem: and they waited on their office according to their order.

33Andtheseלְכָ֨ל־le.kholH3605are they that waited, and their sons. Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman the singer, the son of Joel, the son of Samuel;

34thesonH1121of Elkanah, thesonH1121of Jeroham, thesonH1121of Eliel, thesonH1121of Toah;

35thesonH1121of Zuph, thesonH1121of Elkanah, thesonH1121of Mahath, thesonH1121of Amasai;

36thesonH1121of Elkanah, thesonH1121of Joel, thesonH1121of Azariah, thesonH1121of Zephaniah;

37thesonH1121of Tahath, thesonH1121of Assir, thesonH1121of Ebiasaph, thesonH1121of Korah;

38thesonH1121of Izhar, thesonH1121of Kohath, thesonH1121of Levi, thesonH1121of Israel.

39And his brother Asaph, who stood on hisrightאַהֲרֹן֙'a.ha.RonH175hand,evenכִּ֥יkiH3588Asaph thesonH1121of Berechiah, thesonH1121of Shimea;

40the son of Michael, the son of Baaseiah, the son of Malchijah;

41thesonH1121of Ethni, thesonH1121of Zerah, thesonH1121of Adaiah;

42thesonH1121of Ethan, thesonH1121of Zimmah, thesonH1121of Shimei;

43the son of Jahath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.

44And on the left hand their brethren the sons of Merari: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch;

45the son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah;

46thesonH1121of Amzi, thesonH1121of Bani, thesonH1121of Shemer;

47thesonH1121of Mahli, thesonH1121of Mushi, thesonH1121of Merari, thesonH1121of Levi.

48And their brethren the Levites were appointed for all the service of the tabernacle of the house of God.
