1And if a soulוְנֶ֣פֶשׁve.Ne.feshH5315sinתֶחֱטָ֗אte.che.Ta'H2398,and hearוְשָֽׁמְעָה֙ve.sha.me.'AhH8085the voiceק֣וֹלKolH6963of swearingאָלָ֔ה'a.LahH423, and isa witnessעֵ֔ד'EdH5707,whetherH176he hath seenרָאָ֖הra.'AhH7200or knownיָדָ֑עya.Da'H3045of it;if he do not utterיַגִּ֖ידya.GidH5046it,then he shall bearוְנָשָׂ֥אve.na.Sa'H5375his iniquityעֲוֹנֽוֹ׃a.vo.NoH5771.

2Or if a soulנֶ֗פֶשׁNe.feshH5315touchתִּגַּע֮ti.Ga'H5060any uncleanטָמֵא֒ta.Me'H2931thingדָּבָ֣רda.VarH1697, whether it bea carcaseבְנִבְלַ֨תve.niv.LatH5038of an uncleanטְמֵאָ֗הte.me.'AhH2931beastחַיָּ֜הchai.YahH2416,or a carcaseבְּנִבְלַת֙be.niv.LatH5038of uncleanטְמֵאָ֔הte.me.'AhH2931cattleבְּהֵמָ֣הbe.he.MahH929,or the carcaseבְּנִבְלַ֖תbe.niv.LatH5038of uncleanטָמֵ֑אta.Me'H2931creeping thingsשֶׁ֣רֶץShe.retzH8318, and ifit be hiddenוְנֶעְלַ֣םve.ne'.LamH5956from him; he also shall be uncleanטָמֵ֖אta.Me'H2931,and guiltyוְאָשֵֽׁם׃ve.'a.ShemH816.

3Or if he touchיִגַּע֙yi.Ga'H5060the uncleannessבְּטֻמְאַ֣תbe.tum.'AtH2932of manאָדָ֔ם'a.DamH120,whatsoever uncleannessטֻמְאָת֔וֹtum.'a.ToH2932it bethat a man shall be defiledיִטְמָ֖אyit.Ma'H2930withal, and it be hidוְנֶעְלַ֣םve.ne'.LamH5956from him; when he knowethיָדַ֖עya.Da'H3045of it,then he shall be guiltyוְאָשֵֽׁם׃ve.'a.ShemH816.

4Or if a soulנֶ֡פֶשׁNe.feshH5315swearתִשָּׁבַע֩ti.sha.Va'H7650,pronouncingלְבַטֵּ֨אle.va.Te'H981with hislipsבִשְׂפָתַ֜יִםvis.fa.Ta.yimH8193to do evilלְהָרַ֣ע׀le.ha.Ra'H7489,or to do goodלְהֵיטִ֗יבle.hei.TivH3190, whatsoever it bethat a manהָאָדָ֛םha.'a.DamH120shall pronounceיְבַטֵּ֧אye.va.Te'H981with an oathבִּשְׁבֻעָ֖הbish.vu.'AhH7621,and it be hidוְנֶעְלַ֣םve.ne'.LamH5956from him; when he knowethיָדַ֥עya.Da'H3045of it,then he shall be guiltyוְאָשֵׁ֖םve.'a.ShemH816in oneלְאַחַ֥תle.'a.ChatH259of these.

5And it shall be, when he shall be guiltyיֶאְשַׁ֖םye'.ShamH816in oneלְאַחַ֣תle.'a.ChatH259of these things,that he shall confessוְהִ֨תְוַדָּ֔הve.Hit.va.DahH3034that he hath sinnedחָטָ֖אcha.Ta'H2398in that thing:

6And he shall bringוְהֵבִ֣יאve.he.Vi'H935his trespass offeringאֲשָׁמ֣וֹ'a.sha.MoH817unto Yhwhלַיהוָ֡הla.Yah.wehH3068for his sinחַטָּאתוֹ֩cha.ta.ToH2403which he hath sinnedחָטָ֜אcha.Ta'H2398,a femaleנְקֵבָ֨הne.ke.VahH5347from the flockהַצֹּ֥אןha.TzonH6629,a lambכִּשְׂבָּ֛הkis.BahH3776or a kidשְׂעִירַ֥תse.'i.RatH8166of the goatsעִזִּ֖ים'i.ZimH5795,for a sin offeringלְחַטָּ֑אתle.cha.TatH2403;and the priestהַכֹּהֵ֖ןha.ko.HenH3548shall make an atonementוְכִפֶּ֥רve.khi.PerH3722for him concerning his sinמֵחַטָּאתֽוֹ׃me.cha.ta.ToH2403.

7And if heיָדוֹ֮ya.DoH3027be not ableדֵּ֣יdeiH1767to bringתַגִּ֣יעta.Gi'H5060a lambשֶׂה֒sehH7716,then he shall bringוְהֵבִ֨יאve.he.Vi'H935forH854his trespassאֲשָׁמ֜וֹ'a.sha.MoH817,which he hath committedחָטָ֗אcha.Ta'H2398,twoשְׁתֵּ֥יshe.TeiH8147turtledovesתֹרִ֛יםto.RimH8449,or twoשְׁנֵ֥יshe.NeiH8147youngבְנֵֽי־ve.nei-H1121pigeonsיוֹנָ֖הyo.NahH3123,unto Yhwhלַֽיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068;oneאֶחָ֥ד'e.ChadH259for a sin offeringלְחַטָּ֖אתle.cha.TatH2403,and the otherוְאֶחָ֥דve.'e.ChadH259for a burnt offeringלְעֹלָֽה׃le.'o.LahH5930.

8And he shall bringוְהֵבִ֤יאve.he.Vi'H935them unto the priestהַכֹּהֵ֔ןha.ko.HenH3548,who shall offerוְהִקְרִ֛יבve.hik.RivH7126that which isfor the sin offeringלַחַטָּ֖אתla.cha.TatH2403firstרִאשׁוֹנָ֑הri.sho.NahH7223,and wring offוּמָלַ֧קu.ma.LakH4454his headרֹאשׁ֛וֹro.ShoH7218fromמִמּ֥וּלmi.MulH4136his neckעָרְפּ֖וֹa.re.PoH6203, but shall not divide itasunderיַבְדִּֽיל׃yav.DilH914:

9And he shall sprinkleוְהִזָּ֞הve.hi.ZahH5137of the bloodמִדַּ֤םmi.DamH1818of the sin offeringהַחַטָּאת֙ha.cha.taTH2403upon the sideקִ֣ירkirH7023of the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַha.miz.Be.achH4196;and the restוְהַנִּשְׁאָ֣רve.ha.nish.'ArH7604of the bloodבַּדָּ֔םba.DamH1818shall be wrung outיִמָּצֵ֖הyi.ma.TzehH4680at the bottomיְס֣וֹדye.SodH3247of the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַha.miz.Be.achH4196: it isa sin offeringחַטָּ֖אתcha.TatH2403.

10And he shall offerיַעֲשֶׂ֥הya.'a.SehH6213the secondהַשֵּׁנִ֛יha.she.NiH8145fora burnt offeringעֹלָ֖ה'o.LahH5930,according to the mannerכַּמִּשְׁפָּ֑טka.mish.PatH4941:and the priestהַכֹּהֵ֛ןha.ko.HenH3548shall make an atonementוְכִפֶּ֨רve.khi.PerH3722for him for his sinמֵחַטָּאת֥וֹme.cha.ta.ToH2403which he hath sinnedחָטָ֖אcha.Ta'H2398,and it shall be forgivenוְנִסְלַ֥חve.nis.LachH5545him.

11But if heיָד֜וֹya.DoH3027be not able to bringתַשִּׂ֨יגta.SigH5381twoלִשְׁתֵּ֣יlish.TeiH8147turtledovesתֹרִ֗יםto.RimH8449,or twoלִשְׁנֵ֣יlish.NeiH8147youngבְנֵי־ve.nei-H1121pigeonsיוֹנָה֒yo.NahH3123,then he that sinnedחָטָ֗אcha.Ta'H2398shall bringוְהֵבִ֨יאve.he.Vi'H935for his offeringקָרְבָּנ֜וֹka.re.ba.NoH7133the tenthעֲשִׂירִ֧ת'a.si.RitH6224part of an ephahהָאֵפָ֛הha.'e.FahH374of fine flourסֹ֖לֶתSo.letH5560for a sin offeringלְחַטָּ֑אתle.cha.TatH2403;he shall putיָשִׂ֨יםya.SimH7760no oilשֶׁ֗מֶןShe.menH8081upon it, neither shall he putיִתֵּ֤ןyi.TenH5414anyfrankincenseלְבֹנָ֔הle.vo.NahH3828thereon: for it isa sin offeringחַטָּ֖אתcha.TatH2403.

12Then shall he bringוֶהֱבִיאָהּ֮ve.he.vi.'AhH935it to the priestהַכֹּהֵן֒ha.ko.HenH3548,and the priestהַכֹּהֵ֣ן׀ha.ko.HenH3548shall takeוְקָמַ֣ץve.ka.MatzH7061his handfulמְל֨וֹא קֻמְצ֜וֹme.Lo' kum.TzoH7062 H4393of it, evena memorialאַזְכָּרָתָה֙'az.ka.ra.TahH234thereof, and burnוְהִקְטִ֣ירve.hik.TirH6999iton the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֔חָהha.miz.Be.chahH4196,according to the offerings made by fireאִשֵּׁ֣י'i.SheiH801unto Yhwhיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068: it isa sin offeringחַטָּ֖אתcha.TatH2403.

13And the priestהַכֹּהֵ֜ןha.ko.HenH3548shall make an atonementוְכִפֶּר֩ve.khi.PerH3722for him as touching his sinחַטָּאת֧וֹcha.ta.ToH2403that he hath sinnedחָטָ֛אcha.Ta'H2398in oneמֵֽאַחַ֥תme.'a.ChatH259of these, and it shall be forgivenוְנִסְלַ֣חve.nis.LachH5545him: and the remnantshall be the priest’sלַכֹּהֵ֖ןla.ko.HenH3548,as a grain offeringכַּמִּנְחָֽה׃ סka.min.ChahH4503.

14And Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

15If a soulנֶ֚פֶשׁNe.feshH5315commitתִמְעֹ֣לtim.'OlH4603a trespassמַ֔עַלMa.'alH4604,and sinוְחָֽטְאָה֙ve.cha.te.'AhH2398through ignoranceבִּשְׁגָגָ֔הbish.ga.GahH7684,in the holy thingsמִקָּדְשֵׁ֖יmi.ka.de.SheiH6944of Yhwhיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068;then he shall bringוְהֵבִיא֩ve.he.Vi'H935for his trespassאֲשָׁמ֨וֹ'a.sha.MoH817unto Yhwhלַֽיהוָ֜הla.Yah.wehH3068a ramאַ֧יִל'A.yilH352without blemishתָּמִ֣יםta.MimH8549out of the flocksהַצֹּ֗אןha.TzonH6629,with thy estimationבְּעֶרְכְּךָ֛be.'er.ke.KhaH6187by shekelsשְׁקָלִ֥יםshe.ka.LimH8255of silverכֶּֽסֶף־ke.sef-H3701,after the shekelבְּשֶֽׁקֶל־be.she.kel-H8255of the sanctuaryהַקֹּ֖דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944,for a trespass offeringלְאָשָֽׁם׃le.'a.ShamH817:

16And he shall make amendsיְשַׁלֵּ֗םye.sha.LemH7999for the harmחָטָ֨אcha.Ta'H2398that he hath done in the holy thingהַקֹּ֜דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944,and shall addיוֹסֵ֣ףyo.SefH3254the fifth partחֲמִֽישִׁתוֹ֙cha.mi.shi.ToH2549thereto, and giveוְנָתַ֥ןve.na.TanH5414it unto the priestלַכֹּהֵ֑ןla.ko.HenH3548:and the priestוְהַכֹּהֵ֗ןve.ha.ko.HenH3548shall make an atonementיְכַפֵּ֥רye.kha.PerH3722for him with the ramבְּאֵ֥ילbe.'EilH352of the trespass offeringהָאָשָׁ֖םha.'a.ShamH817,and it shall be forgivenוְנִסְלַ֥חve.nis.LachH5545him.

17And if a soulנֶ֙פֶשׁ֙ne.feshH5315sinתֶֽחֱטָ֔אte.che.Ta'H2398,and commitוְעָֽשְׂתָ֗הve.'a.se.TahH6213anyאַחַת֙'a.ChatH259of these things which are forbidden to be doneתֵעָשֶׂ֑ינָהte.'a.Sei.nahH6213by the commandmentsמִצְוֹ֣תmitz.VotH4687of Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068;though he wistיָדַ֥עya.Da'H3045itnot, yet is he guiltyוְאָשֵׁ֖םve.'a.ShemH816,and shall bearוְנָשָׂ֥אve.na.Sa'H5375his iniquityעֲוֹנֽוֹ׃a.vo.NoH5771.

18And he shall bringוְ֠הֵבִיאVe.he.vi'H935a ramאַ֣יִל'A.yilH352without blemishתָּמִ֧יםta.MimH8549out of the flockהַצֹּ֛אןha.TzonH6629,with thy estimationבְּעֶרְכְּךָ֥be.'er.ke.KhaH6187,for a trespass offeringלְאָשָׁ֖םle.'a.ShamH817,unto the priestהַכֹּהֵ֑ןha.ko.HenH3548:and the priestהַכֹּהֵ֜ןha.ko.HenH3548shall make an atonementוְכִפֶּר֩ve.khi.PerH3722for him concerning his ignoranceשִׁגְגָת֧וֹshi.ga.ToH7684wherein he erredשָׁגָ֛גsha.GagH7683and wistיָדַ֖עya.Da'H3045itnot, and it shall be forgivenוְנִסְלַ֥חve.nis.LachH5545him.

19It isa trespass offeringאָשָׁ֖ם'a.ShamH817:he hath certainlyאָשֹׁ֥ם'a.ShomH816trespassedאָשַׁ֖ם'a.ShamH816against Yhwhלַיהוָֽה׃ פla.Yah.wehH3068.
