23That we have builtלִבְנ֥וֹתliv.NotH1129us an altarמִזְבֵּ֔חַmiz.Be.achH4196to turnלָשׁ֖וּבla.ShuvH7725from followingמֵאַחֲרֵ֣יme.'a.cha.ReiH310Yhwhיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,or if to offerלְהַעֲל֨וֹתle.ha.'a.LotH5927thereon burnt offeringעוֹלָ֣הo.LahH5930or grain offeringוּמִנְחָ֗הu.min.ChahH4503,or if to offerלַעֲשׂ֤וֹתla.'a.SotH6213peaceשְׁלָמִ֔יםshe.la.MimH8002offeringsזִבְחֵ֣יziv.CheiH2077thereon, let Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068himself requireיְבַקֵּֽשׁ׃ye.va.KeshH1245it;

25For Yhwhיְ֠הוָהYah.wehH3068hath madeנָֽתַן־na.tan-H5414Jordanהַיַּרְדֵּ֔ןhai.yar.DenH3383a borderוּגְב֣וּלu.ge.VulH1366between us and you, ye childrenבְּנֵי־be.nei-H1121of Reubenרְאוּבֵ֤ןre.'u.VenH7205and childrenוּבְנֵי־u.ve.nei-H1121of Gadגָד֙gadH1410;ye have no partחֵ֖לֶקChe.lekH2506in Yhwhבַּֽיהוָ֑הba.Yah.wehH3068:so shall your childrenבְנֵיכֶם֙ve.nei.KhemH1121makeH7673our childrenבָּנֵ֔ינוּba.Nei.nuH1121ceaseוְהִשְׁבִּ֤יתוּve.hish.Bi.tuH7673fromלְבִלְתִּ֖יle.vil.TiH1115fearingיְרֹ֥אye.Ro'H3372Yhwhיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

26Therefore we saidוַנֹּ֕אמֶרva.No.merH559,Let us now prepareנַעֲשֶׂה־na.'a.seh-H6213to buildלִבְנ֖וֹתliv.NotH1129us an altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַha.miz.Be.achH4196,not for burnt offeringלְעוֹלָ֖הle.'o.LahH5930,nor for sacrificeלְזָֽבַח׃le.Za.vachH2077:

27But that it may bea witnessעֵ֨ד'edH5707between us, and you, and our generationsדֹּרוֹתֵינוּ֮do.ro.tei.NuH1755afterאַחֲרֵינוּ֒'a.cha.rei.NuH310us, that we might doלַעֲבֹ֞דla.'a.VodH5647the serviceעֲבֹדַ֤ת'a.vo.DatH5656of Yhwhיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068beforeלְפָנָ֔יוle.fa.NavH6440him with our burnt offeringsבְּעֹלוֹתֵ֥ינוּbe.'o.lo.Tei.nuH5930,and with our sacrificesוּבִזְבָחֵ֖ינוּu.viz.va.Chei.nuH2077,and with our peace offeringsוּבִשְׁלָמֵ֑ינוּu.vish.la.Mei.nuH8002;that your childrenבְנֵיכֶ֤םve.nei.KhemH1121may not sayיֹאמְר֨וּyo.me.RuH559to our childrenלְבָנֵ֔ינוּle.va.Nei.nuH1121in time to comeמָחָר֙ma.CharH4279,Ye have no partחֵ֖לֶקChe.lekH2506in Yhwhבַּיהוָֽה׃ba.Yah.wehH3068.
