15Until the spiritר֖וּחַRu.achH7307be pouredיֵ֨עָרֶ֥הye.'a.RehH6168upon us from on highמִמָּר֑וֹםmi.ma.RomH4791,and the wildernessמִדְבָּר֙mid.BarH4057be a fruitful fieldלַכַּרְמֶ֔לla.kar.MelH3759,and the fruitful fieldוְהַכַּרְמֶ֖לve.ha.khar.melH3759be countedיֵחָשֵֽׁב׃ye.cha.ShevH2803for a forestלַיַּ֥עַרlai.Ya.'arH3293.

16Then judgmentמִשְׁפָּ֑טmish.PatH4941shall dwellוְשָׁכַ֥ןve.sha.KhanH7931in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֖רba.mid.BarH4057,and righteousnessוּצְדָקָ֖הu.tze.da.KahH6666remainתֵּשֵֽׁב׃te.ShevH3427in the fruitful fieldבַּכַּרְמֶ֥לba.kar.MelH3759.

17And the workמַעֲשֵׂ֥הma.'a.SehH4639of righteousnessהַצְּדָקָ֖הha.tze.da.KahH6666shall be peaceשָׁל֑וֹםsha.LomH7965;and the effectוַֽעֲבֹדַת֙va.'a.vo.DatH5656of righteousnessהַצְּדָקָ֔הha.tze.da.KahH6666quietnessהַשְׁקֵ֥טhash.KetH8252and assuranceוָבֶ֖טַחva.Ve.tachH983forעַד־'ad-H5704everעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769.

18And my peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971shall dwellוְיָשַׁ֥בve.ya.ShavH3427in a peaceableשָׁל֑וֹםsha.LomH7965habitationבִּנְוֵ֣הbin.VehH5116,and in sureמִבְטַחִ֔יםmiv.ta.ChimH4009dwellingsוּֽבְמִשְׁכְּנוֹת֙u.ve.mish.ke.nOtH4908,and in quietשַׁאֲנַנּֽוֹת׃sha.'a.na.NotH7600resting placesוּבִמְנוּחֹ֖תu.vim.nu.ChotH4496;

19When it shall hailוּבָרַ֖דu.va.RadH1258,coming downבְּרֶ֣דֶתbe.Re.detH3381on the forestהַיָּ֑עַרhai.Ya.'arH3293;and the cityהָעִֽיר׃ha.'IrH5892shall be lowתִּשְׁפַּ֥לtish.PalH8213in a low placeוּבַשִּׁפְלָ֖הu.va.shif.LahH8218.

20Blessedאַשְׁרֵיכֶ֕ם'ash.rei.KhemH835areye that sowזֹרְעֵ֖יzo.re.'EiH2232beside all watersמָ֑יִםMa.yimH4325,that send forthמְשַׁלְּחֵ֥יme.sha.le.CheiH7971thitherthe feetרֶֽגֶל־re.gel-H7272of the oxהַשּׁ֖וֹרha.ShorH7794and the donkeyוְהַחֲמֽוֹר׃ סve.ha.cha.MorH2543.
