Jeremiah 44:4-6
4Yet I 1sentH7971 you allH3605 My servantsH5650 the prophetsH5030 againH7925 and againH7971, sayingH559, “OhH4994, do not doH6213 thisH2088 2abominableH8441 thingH1697 whichH834 I hateH8130.”
5But 3they did not listenH8085 or inclineH5186 their earsH241 to turnH7725 from their wickednessH7463, so as not to burnH6999 4sacrificesH6999 to otherH312 godsH430.
6Therefore My 5wrathH2534 and My angerH639 gushedH5413 outH5413 and burnedH1197 in the 6citiesH5892 of JudahH3063 and in the streetsH2351 of JerusalemH3389, so they have becomeH1961 ruinsH2723 and a 7desolationH8077 as it is thisH2088 dayH3117.
