Exodus 19:12-25
12But you shall setH1379 boundariesH1379 for the peopleH5971 allH5439 aroundH5439, sayingH559, ‘1BewareH8104 that you do not goH5927 upH5927 on the mountainH2022 or touchH5060 the borderH7097 of it; 2whoeverH3605 touchesH5060 the mountainH2022 shall certainlyH4191 be putH4191 toH4191 deathH4191. 13NoH3808 handH3027 shall touchH5060 him, but 3he shall certainlyH5619 be stonedH5619 orH176 4shotH3384 throughH3384; whetherH518 animalH929 orH518 personH376, the violator shall not liveH2421.’ When the ram’sH3104 hornH3104 soundsH4900 aH4900 longH4900 blastH4900, they shall comeH5927 upH5927 to 5the mountainH2022.” 14So MosesH4872 wentH3381 downH3381 from the mountainH2022 to the peopleH5971 and consecratedH6942 the peopleH5971, and they washedH3526 their garmentsH8071. 15He also saidH559 to the peopleH5971, “Be readyH3559 for the thirdH7969 dayH3117; do not goH5066 nearH5066 a womanH802.”
166So it cameH1961 aboutH1961 on the thirdH7992 dayH3117, when it was morningH1242, that there were 7thunderH6963 and lightningH1300 flashesH1300 and a thickH3515 cloudH6051 over the mountainH2022 and a veryH3966 loudH2389 trumpetH7782 soundH6963, so that allH3605 the peopleH5971 whoH834 were in the campH4264 trembledH2729. 17And MosesH4872 broughtH3318 the peopleH5971 outH3318 of the campH4264 to meetH7122 GodH430, and they stoodH3320 at the 8footH8482 of the mountainH2022. 189Now MountH2022 SinaiH5514 was allH3605 in smokeH6225 becauseH4480H6440H834 the LordH3068 descendedH3381 upon it 10in fireH784; and its smokeH6227 ascendedH5927 like 11the smokeH6227 of a furnaceH3536, and 12the entireH3605 mountainH2022 13quakedH2729 violentlyH3966. 19When the soundH6963 of the trumpetH7782 grewH1980 louderH2388 and louderH3966, MosesH4872 spokeH1696, and 14GodH430 answeredH6030 him with 15thunderH6963. 20Then 16the LordH3068 cameH3381 downH3381 on MountH2022 SinaiH5514, to the topH7218 of the mountainH2022; and the LordH3068 calledH7121 MosesH4872 to the topH7218 of the mountainH2022, and MosesH4872 wentH5927 upH5927. 21Then the LordH3068 spokeH559 to MosesH4872: “GoH3381 downH3381, 17warnH5749 the peopleH5971, soH6435 thatH6435 18they do notH6435 breakH2040 throughH2040 to the LordH3068 to stareH7200, and manyH7227 of them 19perishH5307. 22AlsoH1571 have the 20priestsH3548 who approach the LordH3068 consecrateH6942 themselves, orH6435 elseH6435 the LordH3068 will breakH6555 outH6555 against them.” 23And MosesH4872 saidH559 to the LordH3068, “The peopleH5971 cannotH3201H3808 comeH5927 upH5927 to MountH2022 SinaiH5514, for You 21warnedH5749 us, sayingH559, ‘22SetH1379 boundariesH1379 around the mountainH2022 and consecrateH6942 it.’” 24Then the LordH3068 saidH559 to him, “23GoH1980H3381 downH3381 and comeH5927 upH5927 again, 24you and AaronH175 with you; but do not let the 25priestsH3548 and the peopleH5971 breakH2040 throughH2040 to comeH5927 upH5927 to the LordH3068, orH6435 He will breakH6555 outH6555 against them.” 25So MosesH4872 wentH3381 downH3381 to the peopleH5971 and toldH559 them.
