5Then the LordH3068 saidH559 to MosesH4872, “PassH5674 beforeH6440 the peopleH5971 and takeH3947 with you someH4480 of 1the eldersH2205 of IsraelH3478; and takeH3947 in your handH3027 your staffH4294 with whichH834 2you struckH5221 the NileH2975, and goH1980. 6BeholdH2009, I will standH5975 beforeH6440 you thereH8033 on the rockH6697 at 3HorebH2722; and 4you shall strikeH5221 the rockH6697, and waterH4325 will comeH3318 outH3318 of it, so that the peopleH5971 may drinkH8354.” And MosesH4872 didH6213 soH3651 in the sightH5869 of the eldersH2205 of IsraelH3478. 7Then he namedH7121H8034 the placeH4725 56MassahH4532 and 78MeribahH4809 becauseH5921 of the quarrelH7379 of the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478, and becauseH5921 they 9testedH5254 the LordH3068, sayingH559, “Is the LordH3068 amongH7130 us, orH518 not?”
