Exodus 14:15-31

15Then the LordH3068 saidH559 to MosesH4872, “WhyH4100 are you cryingH6817 outH6817 to Me? TellH1696 the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478 to goH5265 forwardH5265. 16As for you, liftH7311 upH7311 1your staffH4294 and reachH5186 outH5186 with your handH3027 overH5921 the seaH3220 and divideH1234 it, and the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478 shall 2goH935 throughH935 the midstH8432 of the seaH3220 on dryH3004 landH3004. 17And as for Me, beholdH2009, 3I will 4hardenH2388 the heartsH3820 of the EgyptiansH4714 so that they will goH935 inH935 afterH310 them; and I will be honoredH3513 through PharaohH6547 and allH3605 his armyH2428, through his chariotsH7393 and his horsemenH6571. 185Then the EgyptiansH4714 will knowH3045 that I am the LordH3068, when I am honoredH3513 through PharaohH6547, through his chariotsH7393, and through his horsemenH6571.”

19Then 6the angelH4397 of GodH430, who had been goingH1980 beforeH6440 the campH4264 of IsraelH3478, movedH5265 and wentH1980 behindH4480H310 them; and the pillarH5982 of cloudH6051 movedH5265 from beforeH4480H6440 them and stoodH5975 behindH4480H310 them. 20So it cameH935 betweenH996 the campH4264 of EgyptH4714 and the campH4264 of IsraelH3478; and there was the cloudH6051 7along with the darknessH2822, yet it gaveH215 lightH215 at nightH3915. Therefore the oneH2088 did not approachH7126 the otherH2088 allH3605 nightH3915.

218Then MosesH4872 reachedH5186 outH5186 with his handH3027 overH5921 the seaH3220; and the LordH3068 9sweptH1980 the seaH3220 back by a strongH5794 eastH6921 windH7307 allH3605 nightH3915, and turnedH7760 the seaH3220 into 10dryH2724 landH2724, and 11the watersH4325 were dividedH1234. 22So 12the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478 13wentH935 throughH935 the midstH8432 of the seaH3220 on the dryH3004 landH3004, and 14the watersH4325 were like a wallH2346 to them on their rightH3225 and on their leftH8040. 23Then 15the EgyptiansH4714 tookH7291 upH7291 theH7291 pursuitH7291, and allH3605 Pharaoh’sH6547 horsesH5483, his chariotsH7393, and his horsemenH6571 wentH935 inH935 afterH310 them into the midstH8432 of the seaH3220. 24But at the morningH1242 watchH821, 16the LordH3068 lookedH8259 downH8259 on the 17armyH4264 of the EgyptiansH4714 18through the pillarH5982 of fireH784 and cloudH6051, and broughtH2000 the 19armyH4264 of the EgyptiansH4714 intoH2000 confusionH2000. 25He 20causedH5493 their chariotH4818 wheelsH212 toH5493 swerveH5493, and He made them driveH5090 with difficultyH3517; so the EgyptiansH4714 each saidH559, “Let me fleeH5127 from IsraelH3478, 21for the LordH3068 is fightingH3898 for them against the EgyptiansH4714.”

26Then the LordH3068 saidH559 to MosesH4872, “22ReachH5186 outH5186 with your handH3027 overH5921 the seaH3220 so that the watersH4325 may comeH7725 backH7725 overH5921 the EgyptiansH4714, overH5921 their chariotsH7393 and their horsemenH6571.” 27So MosesH4872 reachedH5186 outH5186 with his handH3027 overH5921 the seaH3220, and 23the seaH3220 returnedH7725 to its normalH386 stateH386 at daybreakH1242, while the EgyptiansH4714 were fleeingH5127 24rightH7122 intoH7122 it; then the LordH3068 2526overthrewH5287 the EgyptiansH4714 in the midstH8432 of the seaH3220. 28The watersH4325 returnedH7725 and coveredH3680 the chariotsH7393 and the horsemenH6571, Pharaoh’sH6547 entireH3605 armyH2428 that had goneH935 into the seaH3220 afterH310 them; 27not evenH5704 oneH259 of them remainedH7604. 29But the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478 walkedH1980 on 28dryH3004 landH3004 through the midstH8432 of the seaH3220, and the watersH4325 were like a wallH2346 to them on their rightH3225 and on their leftH8040.

3029So the LordH3068 savedH3467 IsraelH3478 that dayH3117 from the handH3027 of the EgyptiansH4714, and IsraelH3478 30sawH7200 the EgyptiansH4714 deadH4191 on the seashoreH3220H8193. 31When IsraelH3478 sawH7200 the greatH1419 31powerH3027 whichH834 the LordH3068 had 32usedH6213 against the EgyptiansH4714, the peopleH5971 33fearedH3372 the LordH3068, and 34they believedH539 in the LordH3068 and in His servantH5650 MosesH4872.
