12thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651thisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478saysאָמַ֤ר'a.MarH559: ‘BeholdH2009,I am bringingמֵבִ֣יאme.Vi'H935such adisasterH7463on Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֖םye.ru.sha.LimH3389and Judahוִֽיהוּדָ֑הvi.hu.DahH3063that whoeverכָּל־kol-H3605hearsשֹׁ֣מְעָ֔הּsho.me.'ahH8085about it,bothשְׁתֵּ֥יshe.TeiH8147of his earsאָזְנָֽיו׃'a.ze.NavH241will ringתִּצַּ֖לְנָהti.Tzal.nahH6750.

13I will stretchוְנָטִ֣יתִיve.na.Ti.tiH5186overעַל־'al-H5921Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֗םye.ru.sha.LimH3389the lineקָ֣וkavH6957of Samariaשֹֽׁמְר֔וֹןsho.me.RonH8111and the plummetמִשְׁקֹ֖לֶתmish.Ko.letH4949of the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Ahabאַחְאָ֑ב'ach.'AvH256,and I will wipeH4229Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֜םye.ru.sha.LimH3389cleanH4229justH3512asH3512one wipesH4229a bowlהַצַּלַּ֙חַת֙ha.tza.La.chatH6747,wipingH4229it and turningוְהָפַ֖ךְve.ha.FakhH2015it upsideעַל־'al-H5921 H6440downH6440.

14And I will abandonוְנָטַשְׁתִּ֗יve.na.tash.TiH5203the remnantשְׁאֵרִ֣יתshe.'e.RitH7611of My inheritanceנַחֲלָתִ֔יna.cha.la.TiH5159and handבְּיַ֣דbe.YadH5414 H3027them overH5414to their enemiesH340,and they will becomeוְהָי֥וּve.ha.YuH1961as plunderלְבַ֛זle.VazH957and spoilsוְלִמְשִׁסָּ֖הve.lim.shi.SahH4933to allלְכָל־le.kholH3605their enemiesH340,

15becauseיַ֗עַןYa.'anH3282 H834they have doneעָשׂ֤וּ'a.SuH6213evilהָרַע֙ha.Ra'H7451in My sightבְּעֵינַ֔יbe.'ei.NaiH5869,and have beenוַיִּהְי֥וּvai.yih.YuH1961provokingH3707Me toH3707angerמַכְעִסִ֖יםmakh.'i.SimH3707sinceמִן־min-H4480the dayהַיּ֗וֹםhai.YomH3117their fathersאֲבוֹתָם֙'a.vo.TamH1cameיָצְא֤וּya.tze.'UH3318from Egyptמִמִּצְרַ֔יִםmi.mitz.Ra.yimH4714,even to thisהַזֶּֽה׃ha.ZehH2088dayהַיּ֥וֹםhai.YomH3117.’”
