Ezekiel 4:5-17
5For I have assignedH5414 you a numberH4557 of daysH3117 corresponding to the yearsH8141 of their iniquityH5771, threeH7969 hundredH3967 and ninetyH8673 daysH3117; thus 1you shall bearH5375 the iniquityH5771 of the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478. 6When you have completedH3615 theseH428, you shall lieH7901 downH7901 a secondH8145 timeH8145, but on your rightH3233 sideH6654 and bearH5375 the iniquityH5771 of the houseH1004 of JudahH3063; I have assignedH5414 it to you for fortyH705 daysH3117, a dayH3117 for 2each yearH8141. 7Then you shall setH3559 your faceH6440 towardH413 the siegeH4692 of JerusalemH3389 with your armH2220 baredH2834 and 3prophesyH5012 againstH5921 it. 8Now beholdH2009, I will 4putH5414 ropesH5688 on you so that you cannotH3808 turnH2015 from one sideH6654 to the otherH6654 untilH5704 you have completedH3615 the daysH3117 of your siegeH4692.
9“But as for you, takeH3947 wheatH2406, barleyH8184, beansH6321, lentilsH5742, milletH1764 and 5speltH3698, putH5414 them in oneH259 vesselH3627 and makeH6213 them into breadH3899 for yourself; you shall eatH398 it according to the numberH4557 of the daysH3117 that you lieH7901 on your sideH6654, threeH7969 hundredH3967 and ninetyH8673 daysH3117. 10Your foodH3978 whichH834 you eatH398 shall be 6twentyH6242 shekelsH8255 a dayH3117 by weightH4946; you shall eatH398 it from timeH6256 to timeH6256. 11The waterH4325 you drinkH8354 shall be the sixthH8345 partH8345 of a hinH1969 by measureH4884; you shall drinkH8354 it from timeH6256 to timeH6256. 12You shall eatH398 it as a barleyH8184 cakeH5692, having bakedH5746 it in their sightH5869 over humanH120 7dungH1561H6627.” 13Then the LordH3068 saidH559, “ThusH3602 will the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478 eatH398 their breadH3899 8uncleanH2931 among the nationsH1471 whereH834H8033 I will banishH5080 them.” 14But I saidH559, “9AhH162, LordH136 10GodH3068! BeholdH2009, I have 11neverH3808 beenH2930 defiledH2930; for from my youthH5271 untilH5704 nowH6258 I have neverH3808 eatenH398 whatH5038 12diedH5038 of itself or was tornH2966 by beastsH2966, norH3808 has any 13uncleanH6292 meatH1320 ever enteredH935 my mouthH6310.” 15Then He saidH559 to me, “SeeH7200, I will giveH5414 you cow’sH1241 dungH6832 in placeH8478 of humanH120 dungH1561 overH5921 which you will prepareH6213 your breadH3899.” 16Moreover, He saidH559 to me, “SonH1121 of manH120, beholdH2009, I am going to 14breakH7665 the staffH4294 of breadH3899 in JerusalemH3389, and they will eatH398 breadH3899 by 15weightH4948 and with anxietyH1674, and drinkH8354 waterH4325 by 16measureH4884 and in horrorH8078, 17becauseH4616 breadH3899 and waterH4325 will be scarceH2637; and they will be appalledH8074 with oneH376 anotherH251 and 17wasteH4743 awayH4743 in their iniquityH5771.
