5let the priestsH3548 takeH3947 it for themselves, eachH376 from his acquaintanceH4378; and they shall repairH2388 the 1damagesH919 of the houseH1004 whereverH3605H834H8033 any damageH919 may be foundH4672.”
6But it cameH1961 about that in the twenty-thirdH6242H7969 yearH8141 of KingH4428 JehoashH3060 2the priestsH3548 had not repairedH2388 the damagesH919 of the houseH1004. 7Then KingH4428 JehoashH3060 calledH7121 for JehoiadaH3077 the priestH3548, and for the other priestsH3548 and saidH559 to them, “WhyH4069 do you not repairH2388 the damagesH919 of the houseH1004? NowH6258 therefore takeH3947 noH408 more moneyH3701 from your acquaintancesH4378, but payH5414 it for the damagesH919 of the houseH1004.” 8So the priestsH3548 agreedH225 that they would takeH3947 noH1115 more moneyH3701 from the peopleH5971, norH1115 repairH2388 the damagesH919 of the houseH1004.
