13The Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136laughsיִשְׂחַק־yis.chak-H7832at him,For He seesרָ֝אָ֗הra.'AhH7200his dayיוֹמֽוֹ׃yo.MoH3117is comingיָבֹ֥אya.Vo'H935.

14The wickedרְשָׁעִים֮re.sha.'ImH7563have drawnפָּֽתְח֣וּpa.te.ChuH6605the swordחֶ֤רֶב׀Che.revH2719andbentוְדָרְכ֪וּve.da.re.KhuH1869their bowקַ֫שְׁתָּ֥םkash.TamH7198To castH5307downH5307theafflictedעָנִ֣י'a.NiH6041and the needyוְאֶבְי֑וֹןve.'ev.YonH34, Toslayלִ֝טְב֗וֹחַlit.Vo.achH2873those whoH3477are uprightיִשְׁרֵי־yish.rei-H3477in conductדָֽרֶךְ׃Da.rekhH1870.

15Their swordחַ֭רְבָּםChar.bomH2719will enterתָּב֣וֹאta.Vo'H935their own heartבְלִבָּ֑םve.li.BamH3820, And theirbowsוְ֝קַשְּׁתוֹתָ֗םve.ka.she.to.TamH7198will be brokenתִּשָּׁבַֽרְנָה׃ti.sha.Var.nahH7665.

16Betterטוֹב־tov-H2896is the littleמְ֭עַטMe.'atH4592of the righteousלַצַּדִּ֑יקla.tza.DikH6662ThanH4480the abundanceמֵ֝הֲמ֗וֹןme.ha.MonH1995of manyרַבִּֽים׃ra.BimH7227wickedרְשָׁעִ֥יםre.sha.'ImH7563.

17For thearmsזְרוֹע֣וֹתze.ro.'otH2220of the wickedרְ֭שָׁעִיםRe.sha.'imH7563will be brokenתִּשָּׁבַ֑רְנָהti.sha.Var.nahH7665,But the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068sustainsוְסוֹמֵ֖ךְve.so.MekhH5564the righteousצַדִּיקִ֣יםtza.di.KimH6662.

18The Lordיְ֭הוָהYah.wehH3068knowsיוֹדֵ֣עַyo.De.a'H3045the daysיְמֵ֣יye.MeiH3117of theblamelessתְמִימִ֑םte.mi.MimH8549, And theirinheritanceוְ֝נַחֲלָתָ֗םve.na.cha.la.TamH5159will be foreverלְעוֹלָ֥םle.'o.LamH5769.

19They will not be ashamedיֵ֭בֹשׁוּYe.vo.shuH954in the timeבְּעֵ֣תbe.'EtH6256of evilH7463, Andin the daysוּבִימֵ֖יu.vi.MeiH3117of famineרְעָב֣וֹןre.'a.VonH7459they will haveH7646abundanceH7646.

20But thewickedרְשָׁעִ֨ים׀re.sha.'ImH7563will perishיֹאבֵ֗דוּyo.Ve.duH6;And the enemiesH340of the Lordיְ֭הוָהYah.wehH3068will be like thegloryכִּיקַ֣רki.KarH3368of the pasturesכָּרִ֑יםka.RimH3733,They vanishכָּל֖וּka.LuH3615--like smokeבֶעָשָׁ֣ןve.'a.ShanH6227they vanishכָּֽלוּ׃Ka.luH3615away.

21The wickedרָ֭שָׁעRa.sho'H7563borrowsלֹוֶ֣הlo.VehH3867and does not payH7999backH7999,But the righteousוְ֝צַדִּ֗יקve.tza.DikH6662is graciousחוֹנֵ֥ןcho.NenH2603and givesוְנוֹתֵֽן׃ve.no.TenH5414.

22Forthose blessedמְ֭בֹרָכָיוMe.vo.ra.khavH1288by Him willinheritיִ֣ירְשׁוּYi.re.shuH3423the landאָ֑רֶץ'A.retzH776, But thosecursedוּ֝מְקֻלָּלָ֗יוu.me.ku.la.LavH7043by Him will be cutיִכָּרֵֽתוּ׃yi.ka.Re.tuH3772offH3772.

23The stepsמִֽצְעֲדֵי־mitz.'a.dei-H4703of a manגֶ֥בֶרGe.verH1397are establishedכּוֹנָ֗נוּko.Na.nuH3559by the Lordמֵ֭יְהוָהme.Yah.wehH3068, And Hedelightsיֶחְפָּֽץ׃yech.PatzH2654in his wayוְדַרְכּ֥וֹve.dar.KoH1870.

24Whenכִּֽי־ki-H3588he fallsיִפֹּ֥לyi.PolH5307,he will not be hurledH2904headlongH2904,Becauseכִּֽי־ki-H3588the Lordיְ֝הוָ֗הYah.wehH3068is the Onewho holdsסוֹמֵ֥ךְso.MekhH5564his handיָדֽוֹ׃ya.DoH3027.
