14Declareהַגִּ֤ידוּha.Gi.duH5046ye in Egyptבְמִצְרַ֙יִם֙ve.mitz.Ra.yimH4714,and publishוְהַשְׁמִ֣יעוּve.hash.Mi.'uH8085in Migdolבְמִגְדּ֔וֹלve.mig.DolH4024,and publishוְהַשְׁמִ֥יעוּve.hash.Mi.'uH8085in Nophבְנֹ֖ףve.NofH5297and in Tahpanhesוּבְתַחְפַּנְחֵ֑סu.ve.tach.pan.ChesH8471:sayאִמְר֗וּ'im.RuH559ye, Stand fastהִתְיַצֵּב֙hit.ya.TzevH3320,and prepareוְהָכֵ֣ןve.ha.KhenH3559thee; for the swordחֶ֖רֶבChe.revH2719shall devourאָכְלָ֥ה'a.khe.LahH398round aboutסְבִיבֶֽיךָ׃se.vi.Vei.khaH5439thee.

15Why are thy valiantאַבִּירֶ֑יךָ'a.bi.Rei.khaH47menswept awayנִסְחַ֣ףnis.ChafH5502?they stoodעָמַ֔ד'a.MadH5975not, because the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068did driveהֲדָפֽוֹ׃ha.da.FoH1920them.

16He made manyהִרְבָּ֖הhir.BahH7235to fallכּוֹשֵׁ֑לko.ShelH3782,yea, oneאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376fellנָפַ֞לna.FalH5307upon anotherרֵעֵ֗הוּre.'E.huH7453:and they saidוַיֹּֽאמְרוּ֙vai.yo.me.RuH559,Ariseק֣וּמָה׀Ku.mahH6965,and let us go againוְנָשֻׁ֣בָהve.na.Shu.vahH7725to our own peopleעַמֵּ֗נוּ'a.Me.nuH5971,and to the landאֶ֙רֶץ֙'e.retzH776of our nativityמֽוֹלַדְתֵּ֔נוּmo.lad.Te.nuH4138,fromמִפְּנֵ֖יmi.pe.NeiH6440the oppressingהַיּוֹנָֽה׃hai.yo.NahH3238swordחֶ֥רֶבChe.revH2719.

18AsI liveחַי־chai-H2416,saithנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Kingהַמֶּ֔לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428,whose nameשְׁמ֑וֹshe.MoH8034isthe Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635,Surely as Taborכְּתָב֣וֹרke.ta.VorH8396isamong the mountainsבֶּֽהָרִ֔יםbe.ha.RimH2022,and as Carmelוּכְכַרְמֶ֖לu.khe.khar.MelH3760by the seaבַּיָּ֥םbai.YamH3220, soshall he comeיָבֽוֹא׃ya.Vo'H935.
